Sturdy, smooth retractable hose reel with strong water pressure and easy-to-use nozzle. I have a front garage and back yard, so I didn’t install it. But it is easy to move it with handle. Great for daily yard work and keeps everything neatly organized.

Pretty good so far…
Works as expected, and definitely convenient with the length and auto rewind. However when pulling hose out at greater distances than 50′ it seems to get heavy to pull, difficult for a smaller female possibly. Also, the hose kinks up easily and I am concerned about the quality of the hose lasting years and unsure on hose replacement ability.

Very lightweight and easy to install. The hose is really flexible, easy to pull out and retract. the connector is copper instead of plastic, which feels way sturdier and better quality.

Great hose reel for garden and car wash
This retractable hose reel has honestly made watering so much easier. High quality. The 65 ft length is perfect for reaching all corners of my yard, and can even reach to the drivre-way to wash my car. I love that it locks at any length—super convenient. The slow return system is smooth and doesn’t whip back, which is a huge plus. The 9-pattern nozzle is handy, and the spray options are useful. The whole thing can be mounted, and the 180° swivel makes it really easy to move around.

Great Value, But Go for the 5/8” If You Have a Pressure Regulator
-Attractive design-Lightweight and easy to assemble-Very reasonable price compared to similar products-Retracts smoothly and works as advertisedThe 1/2” version had noticeably weaker water flow in my setup. Likely due to my home’s water pressure regulator (set around 60–70 psi per code), which limits flow — the 5/8” hose works much betterBottom Line:The 1/2” size may be fine for homes without a pressure regulator, but if your water pressure is already reduced (like mine), the 5/8” version will give you stronger flow. I swapped for the 5/8” and hope it lasts for years.If you know your water pressure is regulated or on the lower side, skip the 1/2” and go straight for the 5/8” — it’ll save you a return trip.

Upgraded my garden hose
I love it very simple to use. The ratchet lock keeps the hose secure at any length and the hose automatically rewinds smoothly back. I especially like this upgraded slow rewind system, which makes it safe and easy to handle. Very good quality. Even though I previously bought a reel for storing another hose but this reel is much more convenient and truly worth the value.
