Great Value with Extra Length
I have to give this retractable hose reel a big thumbs up. First of all, the price is unbeatable – I compared it with similar products, and while they all had the same quality, functions, and design, this one gives you 130ft of hose, which is over 50ft longer than many others at the same price point. That extra length really makes a difference when covering a large yard or garden.The auto rewind system works smoothly, and I really like that it can lock at any length without tangling. The 180° swivel bracket is super convenient, letting me reach every corner of my garden with ease. Installation was straightforward with clear steps, and the build feels solid and heavy-duty.The 9-pattern nozzle is a great addition – whether I need a strong jet for cleaning or a gentle mist for watering plants, it has all the options I need. Good product with smooth operation, small diameter hose
Unpacked and installed this on my external brick wall. they supplied a template for hole drilling which made the job easy. The bracket that holds the hose reel is separate from the reel so it is easy to bolt in-place before attaching the reel housing. The reel is held by a sturdy pin on the bracket which allows the reel to swing freely and the reel can easily be removed by pulling the pin with your fingers. Good engineering!The hose is only 1/2″ which limits the flow somewhat, but it works fine for watering the garden or feeding a pressure washer. If you want a powerful spray stream, this won’t be very satisfactory.The reel is spring loaded and pulling the hose out the full 150 feet can require some muscle. I usually use about 100 feet and that length is pretty comfortable to achieve. The retraction mechanism has a level winder which guarantees even winding on the reel when storing the hose. The reel mechanism works smoothly, but you need to hold the hose to keep the reel speed at a reasonable speed when retracting.This is an excellent product, I really like the fact that my hose is properly stowed instead of sprawling al over the garden.

So convenient, now to see how long it lasts….
This is the second retractable hose reel we have bought. The other one was Stanley, it worked great for probably 2-3 years, and then had issues with leaking. Quality of this one seems comparable and on the lightning deal the price was great. The hose is a bit longer, which is great. The retracting mechanism works well, and mounting it was pretty easy. I wish some vendors would copy one another on the screw pattern on the base plate, it would have been fantastic to not patch old holes and have to drill new ones. First world problems. Overall this works great and we shall see if it outlasts the Stanley one.

Very happy with this Retractable Garden Hose Reel. So far the best hose system I’ve owned. The build quality is top-notch, with a thick PVC hose and solid fittings that stand up perfectly to extreme weather. The 130ft hose reaches both my front and back yards easily, and the swivel mount prevents kinks as it rotates smoothly. Helps keep the yard looking clean and tidy
Sprayer nozzle kinda sucks, but overall a good product. Wish the mounting bracket was a little narrower so it could be installed directly onto a 4×4 fence post. We had to scab on an extra piece of 2×4 to make it wide enough to screw into securely. Have not noticed it leaking and the retractable feature is nice to add, especially when we are pulling the hose across the yard to wash a boat off and putting it back after. Helps keep that corner of the yard way more organized and keeps the hose from being run over by the lawnmower.
