Just what I needed
I am very pleased with these towels. They do shrink a little after washing but they are absorbent and are still a good size.They are good quality and I got the white with red stripes and so far it hasn’t faded after several washings.I would definitely purchase more when I need to.

Good quality all cotton multi-purpose towels: drying dishes, drying mat for fresh vegetables, stylish placemats, etc. They do shrink a little with warm water washing. Would recommend line drying to avoid greater shrinkage.

Nice product, worth the money
I like having hand towels just for drying dishes and not used for hand drying. These work great. They are a nice cotton and dry nicely. They came with a good amount of towels so good value too. I liked the simple design as well.

These are 100% cotton from Pakistan. Overall, I these are fair, but there were some issues, and there are better choices on Amazon, in my opinion. Out of the pack of 24 that I bought, 5 of them in the middle of the pack were quite dirty, as if stored on a shelf or floor for a long time, perhaps. Out of 24, 8 or 9 of these had frayed edges that protruded out of the seamed hems. The dirt I can excuse, the frayed hems I cannot, and that happened for almost half of the towels. I previously bought similar towels, but them company only makes them with a red stripe, and I wish I would have ordered those instead. Wrong color, but those arrived clean and are well made, the brand is AMA. I bought them in November for $10 and they are now $14. The best quality is the Ikea towels. Cheapest in the store (79 cents each), but rather expensive here ($2 each) but I think worth it. Some of my Ikea towels are 20 years old and still useable with a nice, sturdy loop on them. These blue ones have no useable loop, neither do the red ones I bought that I mentioned. So, I considered 3 stars for these, but rounded up. I hope this helps.

Cotton Kitchen Towels are perfect!
I was looking for cotton kitchen towels just like these for a while and Amazon came thru with the perfect choice. I use them frequently while preparing food and cleaning up and the size is just what I was looking for. They also look to be well made.

Great for use in the kitchen
These towels are great in the kitchen. Super absorbent. Handy for use in getting hot trays or pots out of the oven. I can’t tell you how many paper towels I have saved by using these to wipe my hands or clean up. Toss them in the washer (with bleach if needed) and you can keep reusing them. Great value.

Showed up nice, doesn’t handle washing
I purchased these towels at full price with no prior input from the vendor.Update–5/7/16 washed three of the towels again. One is now coming open on the hem. See the picture. Also note the uneven puckering from the wash.These towels arrived and I was happy with the initial quality of them. These are thick towels, with a coarse weave, as expected by the description. They arrived in pristine quality, thankfully no stains on them as other reviewers note.The towels themselves are properly sewn, with no issues found. I was concerned after reading some of the reviews that packages might have flunked quality control, but the package I received passed. (I must assume that at least a few packages pass control or a company would quickly go out of business, but I could be wrong in that assumption.)I have washed the towels three times in hot water, the first wash was with soap and bleach, then the second and third wash were water only to get rid of any residue that the rather useless front loading washer left behind. (All loads require at least a second quick wash to rinse away the soap that the first wash didn’t remove. I really need to review the washer, but not in this review.)These towels were purchased for two jobs. The first job will be to cover rising bread dough. The second job (these towels will be kept separately) will be for mopping off counters, and drying dishes or hands. The towels will work well for either job. I cannot comment on their suitability for embroidery as I do not intend to sew anything on them. They have a nice blue stripe, that is enough decoration. (Blue stripe did not fade with the bleach wash, fyi.)No odor on these towels when they arrived, no excessive packaging (aka little plastic things locking the entire lot together), no major problems such as extreme shrinkage noted upon hot water washes times three cycles.I wanted to note that if you are a purist and like unwrinkled towels, you probably will need to iron these as they are a bit wrinkled out of the dryer. I am not going to waste my time ironing these, I am not in competition for the tidiest kitchen. I promise if the Queen or the President ever decides to visit my house, I will iron any towels that are left in plain view. I wouldn’t want VIP company to think that my maid of all work is falling down on her job. As for the rest of the household, no one cares if there are wrinkles in the dish towels, and if they did, they would keep their mouths shut, knowing they would be handed an iron.

Absolutely worth the buy. Work well in all kitchen and dining room settings. Absorb well and come back just as new after a wash. The size is perfect for drying small and large pots and kitchen utensils.Really a good product and highly recommended.
