Amazing product!!!
This is our first milk frother purchase. We didn’t know what to expect. But after reading some reviews, we decided on this one.The device came packaged very nicely and was easy to unbox. It is very easy to use. The foam was very nice and thick. The only minor thing is that we wish it can be just a little hotter temp. It does better with regular milk with 3% or more fat. I didn’t get as much foam with oat milk, but it is expected. Otherwise, the perfect device for frothing and foam. For someone who has trouble with the lights, it’s very nice to be able to hear audible beeps. It is also very easy to clean. The whisk at the bottom of the device can be removed. You can rinse both the device and the whisk with water.Please note, DO NOT do the following. I woke up this morning to discover, to my utter shock and consternation, I had accidentally placed the device in the dish water and ran it. When I took the device out, there was quite a lot of water slushing around inside the unit. It took me several minutes to shake all of it out. I’m pretty sure it is still damp inside. Amazingly, when I placed it on the base, I heard a beep. To my surprise, the device still worked. I couldn’t be more happy about it. The only thing that is not working is when you push the button, I don’t hear a confirmation beep anymore. But that is a minor setback. I am truly amazed with the quality of the device. It is built very well and was able to withstand my blunders.

Who needs an espresso machine?
Love this frother. It steams/froths a variety of creamers. My hubz is using it daily for my tea and hot chocolate. Highly recommend. We’ve had it about 6 months. Seems reliable, easy to clean. There are 3 more choices of action that we haven’t tried. Guess I’ll check with my in-home coffee aficionado to learn more. Highly recommend this frother.

Quiet, Quick, and Thick Foam
Does a great job quickly foaming fat free milk for my morning latte. I like the slim design and how quiet it is. This is replacing my Capresso. After many years using a Capresso (bought several over the years) I got tired of how the foaming action lessened over time no matter how I cleaned it, cleaned the disk, and tried to re-magnetize. Bought the Paris Rhône during Prime days 2025 and have used it twice (I typically use once a day). It works amazingly and doesn’t require as much milk for frothing as the Capresso did just to make one latte. Also happy with the cleaning tools and spatula it came with. Fingers crossed I get a few years of good use.

great but doesn’t last
I regret to say that I just threw out my second frother after a little under 1 year of use. Same thing happened to my first one. The motor just konks out and stops turning. I was told that I had put back the insert with too much gusto/pressure after cleaning the bottom. The fact is the bottom gets burnt and there is no way to clean it except to remove the insert. After removing it several times over the course of a year, it stopped working. Very disappointed.(6 months later): My only suggestion is that they make the whisk longer since it is difficult to remove to clean without needle nose pliers. To put back it is also tough since the small rectangles on both base and whisk need to be lined up to fit- not easy. If you don’t clean base regularly, machine will not foam. I still love the machine!I take my cafe latte half coffee half hot milk with a little foam. You need to do trial and error to see what works for you. Even on the low foam (2nd) setting, there was a ton of foam. For those who like nice dense foam, this machine is for you.The milk gets VERY hot. My last frother’s milk was warm/hot but not as hot as I wanted. This is rare for foamers.After one week of experimenting, I am now just heating the milk (3rd setting) – that setting gives you a very thin layer of foam/crema.If I want a little more foam, I cycle the machine one more time on the 2nd setting and after 7-10 secs remove the foamer from the base.So far I am very pleased with this machine.

Update – 16 July 2024: Five messages later from the seller in which they flip flopped from first offering a full refund, to then wanting to only send a replacement product, to finally relenting and offering a partial refund, I’m updating this review to confirm that I’ve received a PARTIAL REFUND back to my original payment method. I rejected their offer for a replacement product because I do not wish to go through any more interaction with the seller based on what I’ve already experienced.MY ADVICE TO ANY FUTURE BUYERS OF THIS PRODUCT: If this product fails on you, submit your honest review about what happened and attempt to utilize every available channel via the Amazon platform to complain. If it happens within 30 days, message the seller ASAP and test their statement (per their message below to me) about their supposed “30-day refund policy.” Better to get your money back sooner rather than later and get a better milk frother. Our goal is to ensure you have a satisfactory experience with our products. In light of your concerns, we would like to propose an alternative solution that may address the issue you’ve mentioned. Instead of processing a refund right away, we recommend trying a replacement unit of the same model. We usually carry out quality tests before leaving the factory, the situation you mentioned is really rare. If you agree to this, we will promptly arrange for a replacement unit to be shipped to you at no additional cost. Please let us know your thoughts on this suggestion. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to resolving this matter to your satisfaction. Once again, we appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to your response. Best Regards, Lynne Customer Care Team”Based on the above, which is the second attempt to send me another replacement model which I do not want at this point, I feel that it’s important in the spirit of transparency and good consumer practice that this seller’s tactics, when it comes to customer service, are made public in the only way possible within the current Amazon platform. I.e., it’s anyone’s guess how or what action Amazon takes when sellers sell faulty goods and then offer no reasonable recourse for consumers to file complaints, let alone get their money back when promised fake warranty periods. As for communicating with sellers, conversing with AI chatbots is futile because it only trains them to get better at sounding more human.===Update – 12 July 2024: I received a message from the seller after seeing my review (per below). They offered me a “full refund” if I typed in the words “full refund” in my response so I did. Yesterday, they responded with a completely different message trying to instruct me on how to properly clean the milk frother and use a different type of milk. And they would like to send me a replacement. What a joke.I’ll update this review with their next response because this is becoming nothing short of absolute ridiculousness and perhaps indicative of what Amazon is going to turn into for the future detriment of customers everywhere.===I have never written an Amazon review until now. Hopefully someone will read this along with all other reviews describing the same issues.Within 2-3 months this product stops working properly as advertised on Amazon. 1) FALSE DESCRIPTION: The item description says “food-grade non-stick interior coating” but what actually happens is that milk gets burned in the bottom and it most definitely does not come clean easily by rinsing with water. 2) FAULTY DESIGN: The item description says “𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐡𝐮𝐭-𝐎𝐟𝐟 & 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞” when what actually happens is milk on the bottom of the interior will always turn brown indicating OVERHEATING. Anyone who has heated milk the manual way, in a pan on the stove knows how this happens without proper temperature control and constant stirring/whisking. 3) BAD DESIGN: This frother is nearly impossible to clean properly (and certainly not with the silly doll-size brush that comes with the frother) because the internal frothing mechanism is too close to the wall. Unless you have child-size fingers or a bottle brush that can scrape brown, burnt bits off the imaginary and completely fictitious “non-stick interior coating”, then you are guaranteed many an exasperating cleaning sessions wondering who designed this ridiculous and disposable frother.LAST POINT: The ultimate disappointment with this product is that I have purchased a truly disposable piece of kitchen equipment. Since there is no product support/service via the seller on Amazon, you’re stuck having wasted your money AND contributing to the world’s glut of unrecyclable electronic appliances.
