Cute, functional, candle warmer
A cute little candle warmer. It heats up quickly, to 3 different settings, and has a useful automatic turn off at 8 hours although I can adjust that too. It looks like a cat, so I’m a fan. It doesn’t work for large mugs or candles, so consider the diameter of candle or mug you need to use while weighing your options.

I use this as a candle warmer for my “dead” candles to get more life out of them. It also helps warm up the wax when the scent is gone so that I can clean out the glass to be able to recycle it.I’ve used it for a year with no issues. No damage to the surface it sits on, just gets a little warm.I got the black and gold and it’s super cute.It’s also been great to prop my phone on to watch movie/TV once I moved it to my beside table and I’ve had no problem doing so while warming a candle on high.My only complaint is that it’s corded, but I couldn’t find anything like this at this price point that was.

Time limits
It does great and also looks super cute. There is time limits that you can change, I wish I could turn it off when I need to no matter how much time passed. Keeps my coffee and tea warm, I’m a very slow drinker I don’t just down my drinks so it’s nice that it keeps everything warm!

Still going strong after a year
Bought this for my mom a year ago, and she still uses it almost daily. It’s big enough to accommodate all her mugs and heats reliably. It’s also very cute!

I can actually finish a cup of coffee now
I do IT support remotely. I start my day by getting coffee and logging in to check my queue…. and there are those days where everything is on fire from the get-go. I put my coffee down because I have to hop on the phones, and the calls can take hours. Come back to find my coffee sad and cold, which in turn makes me sad.No more! This doo-dad keeps my coffee drinkable. Not scalding, but short, flat-bottomed cups seem to do the trick to keep the liquid drinkable. It does heat the bottom, obviously, so stirring it a bit is necessary when you return. I’ve only ever used the hottest setting, but it isn’t too hot that I feel the lower settings are necessary. Maybe with different kinds of cups.I appreciate that it has a timer function, so that if I do get distracted and forget about it, it won’t burn down my office.I’ve wasted much less coffee since getting it :)The only tip I have is to make sure you have a flat-bottomed cup. I went through all my mugs when this arrived and found I only have two that aren’t so concave that the hot part isn’t close enough to really warm them. A bit of a lip around the edge doesn’t seem to be a problem, but some are way worse than th eothers.

Control is peculiar
Let’s start of with my primary issue and why I gave it only 1 star: the control mechanism is a joke.There is a single button, slightly recessed, on the rim, and placed at the back of the device, thereby being inaccessible when in use. You will have to remove your cup in order to access it.Next is how you use this SINGLE multi function switch:1. Press one time and release quickly to turn it on and default to lowest temp (113F).2. Press and quickly release until desired temperature is acquired (131F and 158F)3. Press and HOLD until time flashes. Issue #2 happens here. Because this will automatically increase the time from it’s last time wanted. So if the last time I used it, I set it to run for 2 hours, this will automatically then jump to 4H. That means you have to cycle through all the times to get back to 2H. BUT watch what happens next!4. Press and HOLD a LONG time to make it set for temp and time. Imagine you selected 2 H. As soon as you press and HOLD A LONG time, it first jumps to 4H before going into set mode! That means, you will need to actually select 8H (not wanted but the option before the 2H if you want to actually set it for 2 hours.The ONLY reason I haven’t sent back is simple. I won’t get a refund without a lot of headache contacting Amazon in person — which is difficult.And I’ll have to contact Amazon personally because I sent back the 1st one for a replacement — due to 1) I couldn’t get it to work, 2) inconsistent warming. My experience with situations like this — order, return with replacement — always results in my not getting a credit from Amazon as they see I’m returning a product (the replacement) and I wasn’t charged!Positive? It’s cute.This really needs to have different controls. One simply for on/off, a 2nd might control both temp/time, but I would prefer 3 separate buttons.Moreover, the button(s) need to be at or near the front.

Cute mug warmer
Mug warmer works really well and is very cute. The little arms work as a phone stand, which doesn’t seem to heat up my phone. It’s easy to use since it just has one button, and the display is easy to read.

Nowhere in the listing did it state the operating voltage or the type of mains plug fitted.This item is for 120V countries and has a USA plug.This is being sold in the UK but will not work without purchasing extra equipment to convert the working voltage.
