Assembly instructions were very good and sequentially easy to follow. Chair is comfortable and the lumbar support is good. Arms and headrest are easily adjusted. Valuable purchase.

Great back support and super comfy seat pad
It’s a great chair thats really comfy but the only complaint I have with it is that the head rest doesnt adjust up to my head but I am a 6 foot tall man so it kinda comes with the territory. The chair is awesome tho, i highly recommend it

Perfect chair for my office
Perfect for 5 ft me. With the lowest setting my feet can touch the floor! The seat is soft and very comfortable.

A decent chair for the price.
I like the chair but I do have a few gripes with it that does hurt my overall enjoyment with the chair. The biggest is that the foam seat I wish it held softness for longer periods of time. I can sit in it for a few hours before it starts to feel like it’s getting a bit uncomfortable. The second issue is the headrest. It really should be pushed forward more. It’s only usable if I’m leaning my head back basically staring at my ceiling. The third is the arm rests. They are a bit loose and will wiggle. It isn’t horrible but might be annoying to some.
