headrest might be cracked when it arrives
So I bought this chair because I was on a budget, I got it for $120, I needed a new one bc I had this old broken gaming chair (do not recommend buying a gaming chair) and I thought hmm I should get a office chair, and this one was the cheapest and highest rated. Anyway putting it together was extremely easy and very simple. I am a bigger person at 5.10 250lbs and this chair fits me witch is what I was scared about but it work amazing and is extremely comfortable and very adjustable. One very bad down side of this chair tho is the headrest screws were too tight from factory and it was a little cracked on both sides of it but not totally broken so I stuck with it and was like okay that’s fine ig. Overall tho it’s a very nice budget friendly chair and totally recommend it, just keep in mind the headrest might be cracked when it gets delivered, and don’t tighten the headrest screws too tight or it might break in the first week of use (saw another review say that) but yea totally recommend this chair for gaming 100%.

Overall Good but neck support feels weird
Easy to assemble, very comfortable and firm. Can provide great support to the body. The neck support juts out too far forward, putting an awkward strain on the neck.

Amazing budget option, cannot recommend enough after 2 and a half years of use.
I bought this to replace my old, el cheapo office chair that was falling apart and was causing me to slouch very badly. It was that type of office chair that was some cushion on top of plywood that you’d be feeling after 20 minutes.I was searching for a chair and at the time, needed something that was very affordable. I decided on this one because it was mesh and one of my friends with really bad back problems got it after doing lots of research, and he recommended it to me.When I got this chair in… oh my gosh…. you cannot possibly understand how life-changing it is to have a proper, solid office chair, especially if you’re like me and spend hours each and every day at your desk, in your chair.I’m 5′ 7″ 120lbs, this chair supports me perfectly, headrest is at the perfect height. The mesh is great, very breathable and supportive. The modularity is great, you could strip the entire thing down to a stool if you so desired. I keep the arm rests off to make getting in and out of the chair easier, and sometimes I detach the headrest when playing VR while sitting. I understand they’re forced to do this to fit the chair into a smaller box for cheaper shipping, but it’s still appreciated. The build quality is… well, plastic, but pretty hard and solid plastic. The back shroud that covers the metal bracket that mounts the back rest to the seat is the weakest point and has cracked, but otherwise it’s been great after 2 and a half years of continuous use. And let’s be real, you can’t complain about build quality at this price point.Overall, definitely get it if you can.Do not hold off on it and consider buying something else, yeah a new graphics card is cool and all but framerates don’t matter if it hurts to sit in your chair. You’d think I’m joking, but my buddy I mentioned earlier messed up his back after years of construction work and a bad motorcycle accident. He has a triple screen 1440p 144hz setup with a 4090 but there’s days where he wants to play and can’t because of his back pains. So, seriously, do your research and consider ergonomics, and definitely consider this chair.Pic 1: Aug 2022 Pic 2: Oct 2023

You can’t find a better office chair at this price.
In total, I’ve purchased 7 of these. Currently, I’m reviewing the 2 I just purchased. These are most likely the best chairs you can buy for the money. They’re ergonomic, have a headrest, are naturally vegan, comfortable, and spacious. They have everything except armrests that slide forward and backward (you can raise and lower them). They recline, and you can adjust their height. I did have a minor issue with one of the headrests from a previous purchase, where it didn’t lock in place securely.Overall, it’s the best functioning office chair for the price.

Who is this chair made for?
TL;DR Unlike what the other reviews say, this chair is not made for petite people either because the seat doesn’t go low enough. Before ordering this chair I did a whole bunch of research. I found this highly recommended on a bunch of Reddit threads and read the reviews here which generally seemed to be positive. I saw that larger people (wide, tall, and both) had issues with it but since I was a 5’4” size 4-6 woman, I figured I was fine. I was wrong. The Seat: The main problem that made me sent this chair back was that the lowest setting on the chair didn’t allow me to set my heels on the ground if I’m barefoot. (Lowest it goes is 20 inches — see picture). Standard chair height is 16-21” so it’s stupid that it doesn’t go lower. If you make a chair for smaller people, you have to make sure the chair goes low enough. Having your feet flat on the ground is the most important part about good sitting posture. Also, I use a Mac at work with no extra screen (I love the Trackpad!) and the extra height had my neck aching after just one day of use. Also also, the seat is super shallow — which was definitely an irritation. The Headrest: The headrest didn’t exactly “hit my shoulders” but it was more of a neckrest. From the other reviews, I know the headrest is supposedly adjustable but there are a couple problems with that: (1) it is not adjustable in the way that it’s described in the manual, (2) they do not include any of the tools you need to do it as it requires a screwdriver and a different sized hex wrench, and most importantly, (3) it’s a pain in the butt to do. You have to take the whole dang headrest apart. The Lumbar Support: One thing that I haven’t seen in other reviews is that the lumbar adjustment is just sad. It’s only adjustable by about ONE INCH between it’s highest and lowest setting. See pictures.Honestly not sure why this chair was rated so highly. I’m going to return this chair and fix up my old one again. Hopefully it can hold out until chair prices get more reasonable and middling chairs like this stop costing a fortune.

Headrest:FIrst of all, the headrest is counterproductive. I know this is an ergonomic chair and it’s designed to make you sit straight but this feels like it might give me a hunch back. There’s also no way I can sit on this for more than 15 mins. When I work, I need to be comfortable enough to work for hours and this just frustrates me while I work.Seat lengthSecondly, I read some reviews about this before purchasing but didn’t think it was that big of a deal. But NOPE! I was dead ass wrong! The seat length is way too short!!!!!. It’s uncomfortably to short and I’m 5’10. Not sure if it was built like that intentionally or it was just built for a 5’5 person.Everything else is fine, but these 2 reasons break the deal for me!!!! I sold it to someone else as a result

There was a tear in my seat so I returned the chair, and despite some obstacles with me not being able to fully disassemble the chair and fit it in the original box, they arranged a pickup and accepted the return. As for the chair, it fit overall.
