Seems durable, great size and thickness
So far this has been a great cutting board. I cook for 2 people, so the size of this is perfect. It stands up to a super sharp knife like a champ, and I am not overly gentle. The thickness is ideal, provides a solid work surface without too much bulk.Washing it is a breeze and it dries fairly quickly.I like the grooved edges to catch juices.No splinters that I have seen. Not holding onto odors, even garlic or onion (but I always was it right after using). No stains.

Light in weight but stable and strong
I wanted a light weight but sturdy cutting board. This one satisfies both criteria. I used it to prepare a dish that required chopping six different vegetables and two kinds of meat. In all cases, the board was stable and easy to use. Cleaning it proved to be even easier than cleaning boards made of plastics.

No issues so far
No issues so far and saves the edge on my Japanese knives. Only con, if you can call it that, is that the board is thinner than other bamboo cutting boards I have had but it is also a little bigger so that’s a plus. I can’t speak to durability or longevity since I’ve only had it a few months.
