Best warmer I’ve tried.
I’ve had multiple warmers to keep my coffee warm. They’ve been too light weight, too slippery on top or just not hot enough. I like my coffee piping hop. Bought this because it heats to 170 degrees. It is very stable on the table not sliding around. Has a nice lip to keep cup in place. Love and need the auto shut off. 170 degrees keeps my coffee at a temperature where I can enjoy the full cup. Bought another one for my office. Recommend.

Does not retain settings
The unit works great (so far) with a couple of minor inconveniences. Mainly it does not retain your last settings so you have to select the “on-time” each time and to turn off, one needs multiple pushes of the off button. A neat feature is the lighted base which is a good reminder the unit is on. The lights can be deactivated if desired. Multiple heat settings for setting your desired level of warmness. Automatic shutoff is a nice safety feature with selectable on-times.

HOT COFFEE ALL MORNING
Great little hot pad for my mugs. Works really well. Three different temps for level changes in mug. I keep it on 170 degrees at first, then 150 & 130 as I drink it. Good for different mug sizes. I am buying flavored coffees again! Good value for the price. I want to add that I have been putting my candles on it at 130 degrees and the whole large room becomes filled with fragrance, much more so than just lighting it with a match!

Keeps drinks HOT (not warm) with no burning smell!
I absolutely love this little warmer. Not only is it gorgeous but it keeps my coffee, tea, cider, etc steaming hot for hours.And my favorite part about it is that it doesn’t fill my room with the smell of something burning like other heaters do.The base is pretty large and can fit most wide based coffee mugs but not a soup mug.

this warmer works extremely well. I’ve had it for 8 months and it still works good as new. I love the different temperature settings and how i can decide how hot i want my drinks to be. 10/10 would purchase again if i had a need for another one.

Warning for UK customers.I made the error not checking the power supply and since it is a US shipped product I should have known better.The issue is regardless of purchasing a plug adapter to fit our sockets, I underestimated the affect from incorrect voltage.It works to heat up the drink no problem but even when you turn it off the heat stays on so it has to be unplugged immediately when not needed. Otherwise you can get an unexpected burn.I’m guessing it would be a step down transformer for it to work correctly which is a very expensive addition and overkill for this appliance.
