Wonderful Cup Warmer
UPDATE: After purchasing the cup warmer, it arrived broken prompting the original review. The seller reached out to me and kindly offered to make thing right. The product arrived October 21 in perfect condition. After using it, I decided to update my review with some thoughts on this wonderful cup warmer. LOVE the fact that the heating surface is ever so slightly indented. The table where it sits is not completely level, so the slight indent keeps the cup securely on the heating surface no matter how long the timer is set for. A few years ago I’d purchased a cup warmer with a smooth glass top. One time the cup was on top for several minutes and it had slid nearly to the edge of the top of the unit. If it hadn’t been noticed in time, it may have slid completely off. Heaven forbid!! Since that occurrence I’ve been looking for a new cup warmer. Finally found this wonderful item. In addition, it has three temperature settings and it’s possible to set the shutoff time from 2 to 10 hours, if desired. If a shutoff time is not manually selected, no worries, because this unit’s default automatic shutoff time is 4 hours. Aside from those great features, the unit is very lovely to look at. Would absolutely recommend this wonderful cup warmer to anyone. It would also make an excellent gift. So very happy I found this product and so very grateful for the kind, caring support from the seller. You should buy one if you’re a coffee or tea lover. If you do, you’ll likely never need to run to the microwave to reheat a cold beverage ever again!!ORIGINAL REVIEW: The cup warmer was beautifully packaged in two boxes. The boxes weren’t damaged, and the unit didn’t look damaged at all. While the cup warmer’s plug was being placed into the outlet, the top half cleanly and completely separated from the bottom. After searching for a way to “snap” the two halves together, no way was found. However, I carefully placed the top onto the bottom after plugging it in. It actually works, however it would be nice to have one that was all one piece. Not sure about recommending this cup warmer.

I’ve purchased 3 so far different mug warmers, which all 3 are on my top faves from Amazon, this one works even better than the other 2, it really keeps my coffee hot, not warm, hot, with steam rising from it!

Worked great until it fell apart afyer 4 months
Worked great until it literally fell apart. Only had it for 4 months and the top of it detached from the bottom (plastic clips deteriorated and fell apart) when picking it up.Service was great though. Even though item was outside of the return period, i was able to resolve the issue with the seller. I would buy from them again.

Great cup warmer!
I read over a few descriptions and less expensive cup holders to choose this one. I’m glad I did! This is an awesome, sleek, attractive warmer and I love the light to remind me it’s on. The cord is long enough to reach to the other end of the table. I like the auto-shutoff better than I thought I would–no cooked coffee because I forgot. I like the multi-temps as well–170, 150 and 130 degrees. Great product!

Broke on arrival
OK, bad review but…It came, and was broke. The bottom was completely broken at the screw attach points. Rather than return it, I was able to glue the four points and it seems to work. I don’t know who is responsible for this joke, but I won’t buy this brand again.Now, it does work, and is easy to use, gets hot, and so far I’m good with the operation of it.
