Great nav and obstacle avoidance
This is a great robot vacuum. The navigation is very good. It maps the house quickly and ever after does a great job of getting to whatever room you want it to clean. The virtual boundaries and no-go zones work great. It deals with all kinds of obstacles well navigating around them successfully.It cleans and mops very well and faster than some others. It’s fairly quiet unless you set it for its highest cleaning level. Otherwise the noise produced by it is a non-issue.It of course empties itself, cleans its mop automatically, etc. It all works quite well. And it looks good in person. Made with quality materials it feels and looks like a premium device. It’s way better looking in person than in the photos.I’m pleased and plan to buy a second unit for upstairs. I highly recommend it.

For it’s price point its a very capable robot
This is a very capable robot vacuum. It does everything it needs to in keeping your floor clean. Very easy to use and setup, I like the auto detergent feature. It’s missing features from other flagships, like being able to access the camera, being able to run mop-only jobs or vacuum-then-mop jobs which I would really like to see added in the future. I have very pet hair friendly home and it’s had no issue keeping up with that. No clogs or to speak of so far. I did have some dog fluff get tangled in the extendable brush arm but it was easy enough to remove. Obstacle avoidance is okay, it sees larger objects and avoids them. It pulled the cable out of my electric couch which was probably hard to see as it was black against a dark floor, other cables it avoided well. It’s navigated under chairs and tables which was a pain point on previous vacs, that was really good to see. It got stuck on a coat rack leg which was odd but again not a big deal. Overall I’m very happy with its performance, no hair tangles on the brush roller, uses mopping water efficiently. Area’s of improvement will likely come in later revisions such as better cameras/obstacle avoidances, more mopping pressure, etc. Overall, I’m very pleased with it and think its one of the best options for your money in the sub $1000 price point.

Outstanding in every way, and with one quirk
This is a solid 5 star thing!! Taking one because the AI and programming is still improving. The liDar cover it at that height where it bonks on tables, but there doesn’t seem to be a sensor for when that happens.It is super quiet, actually does an impressive job with the floor washing. The suction changes based on dirt level and/or what it’s on. It’s slightly louder when vacuuming carpet. While it’s cleaning along the front of my couch, it’s still much quieter than a normal conversation.See attached video.

I can’t believe I did not buy one of these sooner. Great product!
I had my doubts this would be worth it- but I was so wrong. I bought this because it was taking me hours to vacuum my floors and then mop about 1800 square feet of laminate flooring in my house. I thought this was a gimmick and that results would be sub par. This thing does an amazing job! I did some research on various products and chose the Eufy brand because it had great reviews and because I have been very happy with my Eufy doorbells. I thought for sure that the mapping of my house would fail and that it would tumble down my stairs to the basement and break. It actually does a great job of sweeping and mopping my floors and actually climbs a 1 by trim board and goes around all of the spindles on my stairway railing. Amazing product and if you are hesitant to buy a Robovac I highly recommend this product.

Great everyday vacuum
Received this as a gift from a friend, and I’ve been using it for a few weeks now. Overall, the Eufy Robot Vacuum E25 has been a surprise – It’s super easy to set up and starts cleaning right away after a quick app connection.The suction power is strong enough for hardwood floors and low to medium-pile rugs like mine. It automatically boosts suction when it moves onto carpet, which helps pick up more dust and pet hair.Battery life has been good — roughly an hour and a half per run — and the noise level is much lower than I expected. I can still have a conversation or watch TV while it’s running.Navigation is fairly smart. It follows a back-and-forth pattern and usually covers the whole area without missing spots.Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient vacuum for everyday use. If you’re looking for something that handles regular maintenance cleaning without much fuss, the Eufy E25 is a solid choice.

Mops good but leaks.
As a robotic mop, this product is outstanding. Outperforms all others. As a carpet sweeper, it’s terrible. Does not pick up stuff it rolls over. Does not approach obstacles closely enuf to clean around them. Dog bed, for example – cleans within 10” but no closer. Biggest problem with this product is that it leaks. The robot leaks from the waste water tank and the base station leaks from the fresh water supply. I really really like the mopping capabilities of this machine. It does a perfect job where it passes. The software thinks it’s gone over an entire room, but alas not. So, the machine mops great. Vacuums carpet only ok. Interprets a piece of puppy kibble on a tile floor as an obstacle and will not approach it. I’m sold on a robotic vacuum/mop, but I’m on a quest for a non-leaker.

REALLY GOOD
This vacuum is great, It has really good mop and seems to be very efficient on water use. The vac portion of this robot is pretty good I really think it could be better but overall works very well. The brush part of the vac is good at not getting hair stuck in it however it is very small so IMO it could be bigger. Overall I got this on sale for 650 and at this price I think you would be pressed to find a better vac/mop combo for the price not to mention as I stated before this is great at mopping

I am both horrified and amazed with just what the Eufy sucks up each day. It runs for about an hour before docking itself to charge. It has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this to anyone considering a robot vacuum.

I am visiting my elderly mother from New York. I brought Eufy RoboVac with me from the U.S., thinking that she may not use it. But she loved it so much that I decided to order another one for the first floor. This way she does not have to carry it from the second floor when she wants to clean the first floor. I was a bit worried since this item is used. But, it looks just as new and worked perfectly. The RoboVac cleaned the first floor perfectly. The only thing that it did not have was a remote controller, which I did not realize. But I just ordered it from Amazon. My mother is extremely happy with the item. It’s convenient to have the RovoVac especially for elderly people. I highly recommend this item.

Hasta ahorita va fantástica. Me ahorra muuucho tiempo en el qué hacer de mi departamento. Ahora siempre está libre de polvo. No uso la función de programarla pues hay que asegurarse que no haya cables o cosas en el piso que se puedan atorar. Funciona bien, punto en contra es que no tiene sensor láser entonces tarda más en limpiar pues pasa varias veces por el mismo lugar pero estaba consciente de eso cuando la compré. Por ese precio, súper bien. Aspira bien en modo normal, si hay mucho polvo el modo boost consigue limpiarlo bien. Sugerencia: usar por áreas. Yo la encierro en cada cuarto unos 15 minutos para que limpie bien la zona sin dispersarse.Cuando salgo de viaje me aseguro de dejar recogido para poder activarla de forma remota por WiFi antes de regresar y encontrar todo limpio. La recomiendo (si no te alcanza para una con sensor láser).Update: La batería murió después de 2 años. Tristemente no se puede comprar la original porque no hacen envíos fuera de Estados Unidos así que hay que comprar una genérica. La acabo de pedir por lo que aun no sé qué tal funcione.Recomendación: Ya sea si compras esta u otra aspiradora considera que puedas encontrar un buen repuesto pues eventualmente la batería original se agotará.

Lo he usado por casi un mes y concluyo esto:Tengo dos perros y limpia bastante bien todo su pelo.Hace poco ruido, se escucha trabajar, pero no molesta.Mi casa es pequeña y la batería me permite limpiar 3 días sin tener que cargarla.La primera carga completa tardó como 6 horas, pero las siguientes como 3 horas. Yo la apago con el switch de abajo cada que termina y he notado que así dura más la batería.Tengo dos tipos de piso, uno cerámico y otro vinílico, en el cerámico limpia perfecto a la primera pasada, pero en el vinílico le cuesta más recoger todo el pelo de perro, ahí prefiero barrer y de vez en cuando usar la aspiradora.El cepillito incluido permite limpiar la aspiradora de forma sencilla y rápida.Los materiales parecen de calidad.El control remoto es muy útil para guiarla cuando limpia, incluso más que la app, esa solo la utilizo para revisar la batería.En general estoy satisfecha con la aspiradora porque limpia mejor que yo el pelo de perro y el polvo, se nota mucho la diferencia. La limpieza del piso ahora es más rápida y menos cansada. Solo espero que dure muchos años.

It is amazing good and handy, it’s so tiny so it can go around the whole house, and it also can link with google home, so even I forgot to turned on when I m not home, I can call google home to wake the vac up and do it! Love it!
