Perfect foamy lattes every time!
My daughter received one of these frothers for Christmas last year and I knew I had to buy on the first time I used it! It makes an abundance of thick foamy goodness for your drinks both hot and cold!The design makes It easy to use and with little pictures for each option ( hot froth ( regular and super thick foam) , cold froth, or you can just warm up the milk. It cleans up easily, and is fairly compact so it fits nicely on the counter.This is hands down the best little milk frother out there at a very reasonable price and so far it performs much better than other brands that cost 3 times as much!A word of advice: don’t overfill as a little milk makes a lot of foam and it can overflow if you put too much in.

Not long lasting.
Updated & corrected review:Although this Frother did not work out for me, I’m updating my review due to the excellent customer service I received without even contacting the company. They reached out to me and offered a refund for my troubles.In no way did I expect this and it was a pleasant surprise as customers service these days, seems like a lost art.This review below, could have very well been an isolated issue with my unit.I froth milk every single morning for my coffee. I bought this frother about a month and a half ago. It was always hard to get it on the right setting, but since it worked well once it was on a foam setting, I figured it would be fine. Unfortunately, the more I used it the harder it got until yesterday when it completely stopped working. Sadly it’s also out of the warranty period.

Great Frother
I have had this frother since July. I was a little skeptical because it had a high return warning on the item. Well I tell you I am not returning it. I use it daily to make my mushroom coffee. It heats up the coffee just enough to not destroy the benefits of the mushroom.

Excellent product and customer service
After trying 3 different frothers prior to this purchase, I finally found the perfect one! It’s affordable, has excellent frothing, and is simple to use. We purchased in May and this week it quit working. I reached out to customer support and got a reply back within the hour giving me troubleshooting instructions along with instructions for proceeding if troubleshooting failed. I sent them a short video of the issues and they quickly responded with a refund and apology. I will be purchasing another one, not only because of the quality of the product but because of how they handled my complaint. Great product with exceptional customer service!

Terrific foamer and (surprise!) great customer service
This is a tale of an extraordinary foamer and even more extraordinary customer service. First – the foaming. I’ve had a number of Nespresso Foamaccinos in different countries. For some reason, it foams up some milks, others not. I’ve tested theories as to why (it often seems like organic wouldn’t foam, which makes no sense, but anyway) – suffice it so say foamless milk from a frother is sad. This foamer, however, has never failed to froth a milk, fresh or old, organic or not. And it has super foam and medium foam (as well as cold foam). So bottom line – it’s inexpensive and works great.But, if like me, you appreciate award-winning customer service, read on. I lost the electric base of the foamer – (100% our fault) and tried to buy a replacement. But base-only was not for sale – except for used on E-bay for basically the price of a new one (makes no sense). So on a lark, because I honestly did NOT even expect a reply in this mostly customer service free world – I sent an email. What followed was a beautiful dialogue about the foamer, my wish to BUY a replacement base, and… They sent me a NEW base for free.Now I’m sure I (or they) can’t promise to do that. But finding an awesome product backed by a responsive company is about as good as it gets in the cold world of on-line shopping.

SUPER Customer Service
Here is the four star reasoning- Unfortunately the frothing feature stopped working after a month- the day after my return window closed. Why the four starts then? The customer service by Bizewo was phenomenal! They responded so quickly and then provided a full refund since I could no longer send it back. They took me through different troubleshooting options to no avail. My neighbor has had hers for two years and loves it. Mine may have been a fluke.

Love it. Makes nice firm stiff foam hot or cold. Makes the milk hot, not just warm. Would 100% recommend this to everyone who asks about a frother. Easy to clean and remove the whisk attachment.
