I’ve been using this smart coffee mug warmer for 3days now, and it’s honestly one of the best upgrades to my daily routine. it keeps my drink up to the perfect temperature and keeps it steady throughout the day. And love the cute spoon that comes with it.What really makes it stand out is the app control. The maximum temperature of 65°C is perfect for keeping coffee or tea hot without ever burning it.One of my favorite features is the automatic shutoff. The mug intelligently detects when there’s no liquid inside and powers down instantly, which makes it super safe and energy-efficient. No more worrying about leaving it on by accident!The design is sleek, modern, and feels premium in hand. Whether I’m working, reading, or relaxing, this mug keeps every sip warm and enjoyable.

Nothing works right
Absolutely nothing works right. App keeps disconnecting and now the temp slider keeps going up and down in the temp setting. Battery isn’t strong enough to keep it going. The cup keeps vibrating and not able to keep a temp setting. I try to set it for 150, the actual temp never makes it out of the 130’s before the battery dies.Really disappointed that I wasted my time and money on this. I’d like a refund

A big disappointment
I had really high hopes for this smart mug, but it didn’t come through. I bought one of the plate warmers, that you set your coffee cup on, and that didn’t keep my coffee warm, so I sent it back, and did some research and found this mug. I got it on a black Friday deal for only 50 bucks. Perhaps that should’ve been my first clue. So I excitedly used it the first morning after I got it, and it died very quickly. I called customer service and discovered that although I could send it back for a refund, they would not send me another one for the same price. So I tried it again the next day. Once again, it died very quickly. It said it would heat for two hours, but it died way before that – possibly an hour. So then I decided to plug it into my USB-C port in my couch, and just let it stay plugged in so it could keep the charge. It stayed warm a little longer than just using my regular cup, but not long enough to really make a difference, and not long enough to be worth even the $50 I spent on Black Friday. Also, this particular mug looks like it holds more liquid than it does, because of the battery. The idea was fantastic, however the follow-through was a disappointment. I would not recommend purchasing this smart mug.

Bit Overpriced
A bit overpriced for its overall operation in my opinion. Doesn’t hold charge as long as I hoped. It does offer preset temps or you can customize. I keep it connected most of the time.

Doesn’t Hold a Charge
Before I used it I charged it I put it on the charger to get a full charge which took no time to charge, but the charge literally only lasted 3 minutes. I’m definitely sending it back. Very unfortunate
