I don’t normally write reviews, however I can’t not mention the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING Customer Care experience I had with these folks.But first, In review of the product itself, which is the ‘Executive Series Black Milk Frother with Black Holster Stand’. This is my first ‘frother’ purchase, and I must say I was skeptical at best to try it, but I opted to purchase it anyway because of all the great things the company stands for. I figured, how good could it really work?! Well, as a matter of fact, it worked quite wonderfully! Within just a few seconds / pulses of the frother, you have beautifully frothed contents. It is simple to operate, with one hand, and just the simple push of a button. (I imagine I could even make whipped cream without dragging out a stand mixer.) The batteries, (2 AA – not included), were simple to load. And, there is a battery pull ribbon so you can also remove them easier, if you utilize the pull ribbon and thread it between the batteries. This device quickly became part of my weekend coffee routine, and I also purchased a lesser model to bring to work. (This ‘Executive’ one, has a holster stand, which looks nicer, and seemed to cradle the frother, instead of hooking it into the holder.)I was so happy with the frother, I was sad that one day it seemed to not be working quite as well. I thought .. hmm, maybe the batteries need to be changed? I changed the batteries, and was still experiencing it not really working. (I would press the button, but it didn’t start frothing right away, and then seemed less powerful in a way when it did start. But, it did still froth.) After a second day of experiencing the same thing, I reached out to Zulay. They are gracious enough to have ALL of their contact information printed directly on their box, underneath all of the beautiful information about the company, and where / how it began. It was on a weekend, so I chose to send an email describing what I was experiencing, and asking their advice. Based off most recent attempts at Customer ‘Service’ with other companies, I didn’t really expect to hear back. Not only DID I hear back, but I received an email from a human, not just a system-generated response with canned information. They expressed their concern for my item not working, and assured me they would make it right if given the opportunity. They wanted to confirm my order, to make sure they had the same model in stock. Within hours, they sent me a link to replace my item, and would ship it directly to me, no questions asked. No need to return the inoperable item, no need to do anything but literally click the button and wait for it to arrive.My replacement arrived, and it was the exact model I purchased. It was brand new, wrapped in package .. not some refurbished item. And, much to my shock and appreciation that almost NO ONE does this anymore, there was a hand written card included in the package thanking me for giving their family run business a shot. Well, I thank YOU for sharing YOUR family with us, and for making me feel a little like a piece of yours!I would highly recommend this product, and would certainly purchase it, or others, in the future. I would certainly also be comfortable gifting this item.Enjoy!

Powerful little stirrer
This frother is great! Especially, mixing your protein powders into your drinks. The speed is great, easy to clean, and hold battery great. Makers the milk frothy and it tastes amazing. You are able to stand it but, i chose to lay it down. It can foam up just about anything especially the protien milkshake for the kiddos.

Quiet and Effective frother/mixer and Terrific Customer Service
Zulay Kitchen Powerful Milk Frother WandWe ordered two Zulay frother wands and after just several months of continuous usage one of the units stopped working and the other one was sporadically working, where sometimes it would run “full power” and at other times it was barely spinning or turning the beverage.I called Zulay and gave them my Amazon order number. After the Customer Service rep walked me through some minor things to check on the units she was also convinced that the units were probably defective. She had a replacement sent from Zulay along with a mini as a bonus for our troubles! And she had Amazon ship the other replacement unit.Both shipments arrived promptly within days and we have been using them for months now without any major issues. We use the units (the two “standard” wands) almost every day and they get used two to three times a day. They only take ten to twenty seconds to mix up cocoa powder, hot or cold. And the same goes for different protein powder shakes.What I especially like about these units is that there have been many times when I have had to use them off-hours, like between 5:00 and 6:00 AM. They are Whisper quiet so nobody gets disturbed. One generally can’t do this level of quiet stirring/mixing with a kitchen hand blender/mixer or shake blenders. These Zulay mixing units have really come in “handy” for us.We are very Grateful to Amazon for their prompt delivery, and especially to the Customer Service representative at Zulay for her help, and to Zulay for standing behind their products and providing us with terrific and prompt Customer Service!
