The Qiseec Wool Dryer Ball 6-Pack are each embroidered with a single spring flower and placed in a decorated canvas drawstring bag. Two of the balls in the set that I received had an identical red tulip design. The flowers add a cute and cheerful visual when doing laundry. They are advertised to be 3 inches large (XL) but some of the dryer balls that I received were slightly shorter than advertised. The manufacturer recommends using 3- 4 dryer balls for a small load, 4-5 dryer balls for a medium load, and all 6 balls for a large load. I found that 3 dryer balls for a small load, 4 dryer balls for a medium load, and 5 balls for a large load worked best for our dryer but you can experiment to see what works best for your dryer. When using these with our laundry, we discovered that it helped soften our clothes, prevented wrinkles, and reduced static while shortening the dryer time which ultimately saves us money in the long run. They do a good job at protecting workout/exercise clothes and its wicking capabilities which traditional dryer sheets like Bounce harm. The dryer balls have a firm feel and are unscented. If you choose, you can add a few drops of essential oils to the dryer balls to add a soft fragrance to your clothes. The manufacturer notes that the balls will last for 1,000 times use. When it comes to cost at the time this review was written, it is cheaper than some competitive embroidered dryer balls. It is Made of 100% Wool. These would make a great gift for a college student or included in a homemade basket for a housewarming gift.

Great dryer balls
It took a long while to get these dryer balls, but at the end of the day they were worth the wait! The flowers are a cute touch. They also come with a bag to keep them all together when they’re not in use.First off, if you’ve never used wool dryer balls before, you need to know that they are going to be heavy- they’re made of solid felted wool. When they’re going around the dyer it sounds like there are tennis balls banging around in your dryer, even with a full load. Just be prepared for that! You also might not want to use these with delicate fabrics… though you probably shouldn’t be putting those in the dryer anyway.I’m going to be honest here- I don’t think wool dryer balls do the same thing as dryer sheets. My mom used them religiously when I was growing up, and since I started doing my laundry I prefer to use dryer sheets for most of my clothes, because that’s what reduces wrinkles and static cling and pet hair. HOWEVER, I like to use dryer balls for fabrics that it’s not good to used dryer sheets, and I think dryer balls are better than nothing. They’re just not going to be a 1-to-1 replacement for dryer sheets. But if you’re in the market for dryer balls, you can’t go wrong with these!

Bright, Cheerful, and Effective Wool Dryer Balls. Not as solid feeling as others
I am a big fan of wool dryer balls and have used them for years. I am not a fan of dryer sheets, and these do help eliminate static and wrinkles without all the damaging chemicals.After many years of use, some of my dryer balls were ready to be retired. These looked more bright and cheerful than the average dryer ball. I was concerned that the photos might not be true to color, but no, they are just as bright as photographed. Not only that, but they aren’t printed as I thought, but embroidered. I was a little concerned how that would hold up, but so far so good.I wouldn’t call them XL. These are actually a little smaller than the other dryer balls I have, and not as perfectly round. They are not felted as tightly and not as dense. I’m not certain they will last as long. But they are working as well as the others right now, and not only are their bright colors cheerful, they’re easier to spot when taking the laundry out, so fewer get dragged upstairs wrapped up in the clothes. A small, unexpected bonus. And I’m a big fan of anything that makes the chore a little less monotonous and a bit easier.

These wool dryer balls are okay. I like the idea of a natural fabric softener, and the petal embroidery is a nice touch that adds a bit of charm to the laundry routine.
