You HAVE to try this thing
I ordered one of these because I remember my father had one when I was a kid that he would use on his sore muscles after doing yard work. I am in technology so my muscles are not sore from physical work, but rather from sitting in front of a computer for way too long. I thought this was worth a shot considering the low price.When it arrived, it looked very much like the one my father had. The vibrating mechanism on his was made of metal and not plastic and this seemed a little lighter in weight so I was worried at first that it would be weak and useless.I have had knotted muscles in my back for YEARS that ache pretty much constantly. The main pain point is right behind my right shoulder blade because I am right handed and have that arm on the mouse all of the time. I have tried professional massage which was somewhat effective but expensive. Other than that I have to try and live with the constant ache. I tried it out and was happy to see that it still packed a pretty good punch so I asked my husband to go after the knotted muscles in my back with this thing.TEN MINUTES. TWO NIGHTS. The ache is gone. I was in tears of happiness as I had forgotten what it felt like to relax and not feel the pinching and aching in my back.The reason it works for me is that it is pretty powerful and you can put the nub-attachment on a pinched spot and just let it sit there for a minute or so while it works out the spot. At the same time the vibration is loosening all the muscles in a 2-3 inch radius of the knot. Although my husband used to try to rub by back for me a person’s hands get tired after awhile, and no one can provide such fast vibrations with their hand and that is what really led to the relief for me and worked out all the kinks.I am buying one of these as a gift for everyone I know. It is amazing.Now for all the ladies who have been commenting on the *other* uses for this product. Well that’s all true too, so this product is quite the multi-tasker.I would love to see Wahl make one of these with a longer handle so I can reach my own back when my husband is not around.

Don’t waste your $$$
Here’s the good:1) It turns on2) has a long electrical cordThe Bad:1) Made of slick plastic so much it’s hard to hold. Not good for those with arthritis.2) Has two speeds but not much difference between the two.3) It’s LOUD,…….REALLY LOUD to operate, which defeats the purpose of a massage to relax.4) After using it for literally 10 continuous minutes, the motor overheats and the device gets HOT. Takes a while to cool down.Waste of money, but instead of throwing it away, I simply donated it to charity so that some other person can be stuck with this useless device.

Best Massager in the World
So ill come out and admit I use this as a “personal” massager and it is better than anything else I have ever used. It is bulky but that doesn’t matter to me or my partner. He uses it as was intended and it does the trick for that too. Its great at getting the knots out of your back and shoulder and even better at things it wasn’t intended for. There are 2 speeds though the high speed is very high intensity and I would not recommend for your intimate regions. Mine has lasted 4 years now and my last one lasted about 10. The pieces come off so they are very easy to clean. This can be loud but if you move the tip you are using around you can usually get it to be a little more quiet however if you need to be discreet run a fan while in use and no one will know. I will buy a new one and would recommend this for its intended uses as well as the unintended one.

With only two speed settings I guess limitations may be expected.But neither setting has the deep penitrating vibes as similar units had in the past.Maybe I got a damaged unit but it does work, just the vibes are not strong. IMO.

Know what you’re getting.
This is vibratory massager. What that mean’s is the motor vibrates at a specific frequency, low or high, and it tranlates to your muscle depending on how hard you have it pressed to your skin. If all you’re accustomed to are percussion or “kneading” type massagers, you’ll be disapointed. Where this shines is on really tender areas that need stimulation but are painful to the touch. For example: I had a hip replacement and I need to stimulate my thigh and I.T band which are extremely sore. This allows me to provide a massage of sorts to stimulate blood flow without causing tremondous pain. My wife is having issues with her rotator cuff and this allows stimulation with minimal pain, unlike a percussion massager.The device itself is typical to Whal products although this motor gets quite warm after extended use. It’s duty cycle seems to be 20 minutes or so before needing to be allowed to cool. The attachments seem a bit cheap and from what I can see, not replacable.It’s an okay product and will serve my purpose just fine. It would be nice if it lasted like my Whal clippers, at about the 20 year mark, now.

Fue un regalo y al parecer lo disfrutaron mucho 👏🙌❤️Mi cuñado tenía un dolor de espalda terrible y al parecer un buen masaje ayudó muchísimo a descontracturarlo.En las reseñas comentaban que no tenía mucha fuerza como los “profesionales” y eso me preocupó un poco, pero luego de escuchar las experiencias de mi cuñado, creo que es un excelente producto y sí tiene la fuerza suficiente.

Es muy bueno para masajes, creo tiene la potencia suficiente para masajes leves. Aunque si se necesita más fuerza para masaje en músculos como espalda y cuello no tiene tanta potencia.A veces es incómodo porque hace muchísimo ruido. No se puede ver televisión o escuchar música tan amenamente.Digo, no es como encender la licuadora, pero el sonido es bastante perceptible.
