Efficient and convenient
After using this robot vacuum, I can confidently say it was an excellent choice for our household. It effectively picks up all kinds of everyday mess, including hair, dust, and crumbs, and its suction is strong enough to handle carpets with ease. The added mopping feature does a nice job of making our hard floors look fresh and clean. One of the best features is the smart mapping function via the app, which was so intuitive that even my kids could set up a boundary to prevent it from falling down the stairs. It’s a powerful, versatile, and wonderfully user-friendly machine.

Nice quality product
I got this to replace my old iRobot Roomba 870Pros:1. Smart scan and room mapping capability is very good and extremely accurate. I have multiple rooms downstairs and it maps all those rooms properly.2. It runs quietly and much quieter than my previous one.3. The battery hour is good and it can complete all my room on the first floor.4. Both vacuum and mop functions work very well, love the mop function clean my hardwood floors very well. I have a cat in the house and clean hairs and I can not see any. Good suction power to clean all the dust.5. Excellent obstacle navigation and avoidance, no more hard hit on my kitchen cabinets6. Easy to clean including the mop cloth ( no self-cleaning)Overall I think it is a good value quality product.

A quiet Powerful Vacuum and mop Combo

Shipping was fast — it arrived in just two days!The packaging was neat, and assembly was super easy. The instruction manual is clear, written in good English, and includes helpful pictures (unlike some manuals that are hard to follow). I put it together quickly and started using it immediately.The robot is very quiet and runs smoothly. I’ve always had trouble sweeping up small dirt along the floor edges, but this robot picked up everything effortlessly. I have a lot of furniture, and it’s surprisingly smart — it navigates around chair and table legs without getting stuck. Watching how it turns and adjusts its path is actually fascinating.The most impressive part is that it can move between different floor levels. My kitchen floor is about half an inch higher than my living room, with a molding in between, and it travels between them easily. It’s so convenient and feels like it truly “knows” its way around the house!The package also included an extra dust bag and side brush, which is a nice bonus. My entire floor is hardwood, so I don’t need to set a no-mop zone, and I haven’t used the app yet since it doesn’t seem necessary. The robot also features a 2-in-1 vacuum and mop function that allows it to vacuum and wash at the same time — a huge time saver for me. It can run for about 150 minutes on a single charge, and with just one touch of the “Home” button, it automatically returns to its base to recharge.Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, quiet, and intelligent robot vacuum.

I can easily start, stop, or schedule cleanings from anywhere using the intuitive app. It was also easy to use right out of the box—setup was fast, and it navigates around my home without getting stuck.For smart cleaning, the Tikom is excellent. It maps my rooms and cleans thoroughly in organized rows, so no dirt is missed. The suction power is strong enough for pet hair and messes on both hard floors and carpets.It’s reliable and effective. Hervorragender Saugroboter mit Wischfunktion – absolut empfehlenswert!Ich benutze diesen Saugroboter nun seit etwa einem Monat und bin wirklich begeistert. Er ist sehr kompakt, hat eine lange Akkulaufzeit und arbeitet komplett selbstständig – ich muss mich überhaupt nicht darum kümmern. Der Staubsauger Roboter merkt sich die Raumaufteilung und folgt einer sehr intelligenten Reinigungsstrategie. Er fährt sauber an den Kanten entlang und lässt wirklich keinen Bereich ungeputzt.Ein besonderes Highlight ist die Absaugstation. Wenn der Saugroboter fertig ist, entleert er automatisch den Staub in die Station, sodass ich bisher keinen Beutel wechseln musste. Das ist extrem praktisch.Auch die Wischfunktion habe ich ausprobiert, und sie funktioniert ausgezeichnet! Der Roboter verteilt das Wasser nicht unkontrolliert, sondern sehr präzise, und der Boden wird wirklich gründlich sauber.Insgesamt bin ich sehr froh, diesen Saugroboter mit Wischfunktion gekauft zu haben.
