Very convenient and well designed!
They were pricey, but so nice and convenient, I now have three–and so far no leaks! :-)I really like the automatic retract with the sliding guide that lays the hose neatly back on the reel so you don’t have to manually lay it tight. You can just give it a little tug and walk back to the reel and you’re done every time. No muss, no fuss. <3I also have two hand reels for larger diameter/longer hoses and it's a real PITA, since if you're not careful laying it tight, the whole hose won't fit on the reel, so this thoughtfully engineered feature is much appreciated.The size is smaller than normal diameter garden hoses, so the GPM flow rate will be lower (plus the friction loss of the connections), but for small gardening and cleaning jobs on the deck, they are really nice, compact and don't sit on the deck, but mount with a swivel to the wall. We'll see how they hold up in the full sun, though. 😉

Working great so far. The nozzle is much better than expected. The hose spools and retracts well. No issues, but if I had look for a flaw I’d say the base is a bit flimsy.

El producto se anuncia como 33 metros, pero en realidad son solo 33 pies (10 metros). ¡Gran diferencia! Compré dos unidades y ahora estoy teniendo muchos problemas para devolverlas. El vendedor se niega a proporcionar la factura CFDI requerida por ley en Baja California Sur, lo que hace que el proceso de devolución sea un desastre.

I didn’t expect much from this hose reel at first, but it turned out to be a great buy. It arrived quickly, was well packaged, and the installation was straightforward — no hassle at all. Most importantly, there were no leaks, which is a big win in my book. It’s sturdy, functional, and works just as it should. For the price, it definitely exceeded my expectations. Would recommend!
