Love this thing
I’ve cleaned about 1000 ft.² of 20 year-old tile grout in our home so far with this machine. It’s fantastic. It takes time and is a bit tedious, but is not labor intensive and it works really well. I use all three extensions and the small brush tip that is shown in one of my attached photos I also show a photo of the before, and after grout.My suggestion is to mix up about a teaspoon to tablespoon of OxiClean with one to 2 cups of warm water and let that dissolve and then take a toothbrush and wipe only over the tile grout and let that sit for 15 to 30 minutes.Then use the steamer and slowly go over the grout, pushing out any old oil and residue. I have an old bath towel that I used to soak up the excess water that gets formed on the ground, (you’ll get a decent amount) as you are cleaning the grout.Because of the OxiClean, you might have a slight chalky finish on your grout after you are finished, but just use a wet mop and it will take that right off. I don’t use distilled water and have used tap water and I have probably refilled the water jug 40+ times by now and I have no indication of calcium deposits or residue. Your mileage may vary with your tapwater.

My kitchen stain is gone!
I’ve always used a swiffer mop in the past, so I was hoping this would do the job without having to use all of the chemicals I’m trying to ditch. This steam mop was great! We’ve had a stain on the floor in front of the oven that we’ve all just gotten used to since life has been busy, and now it looks like it was never there! I can’t wait to try the other attachments and get a few other areas clean that I’ve been neglecting. The cord is nice and long, so I can’t imagine having any trouble reaching places farther away from an outlet. I also love that it comes with two mop pads so I can throw one in the wash and still have one available.All in all, I’d say a purchase success!

My husband and I love it! It works really well. It heats up very quickly! He was initially concerned with the plug but said he was able to do our whole upstairs plugged into our hallway. The machine uses very little water so you don’t have to worry about continuously refilling it. We did our whole house in one fill. Very pleased, floors look great! Sometimes with regular mops you get a slight residue left on floors, and I am not a fan of rinsing my mop head in the dirty water reservoir and continuing to mop. So, this steam mop is a win-win on many accounts (seems like it’s doing a great job and no residue!) Super impressed, wish we had gotten one sooner. We recommend!!!

A solid steam mop worth buying
We have used this steam cleaner several times wince we received it and we are very pleased with it. It comes with a nice variety of tools/attachments for cleaning multiple surfaces and places in our house (e.g., tile floors, shower walls, shower doors and shower floors, etc.). It is very easy to operate and handle, and operates for a decent amount of time on the amount of water in a filled reservoir. We recommend this steam mop.

Shiny and clean!
This is the best steam cleaner I have ever bought. It works so good! Did my whole kitchen appliances cabinets walls and floors. Moved on to the bathrooms and did showers floors and mirrors. It does an amazing job. I haven’t deep cleaned in a while and it got up all the dirt, soap scum and it shines! So easy to use just fill with water and push the button it has two settings. I would definitely recommend it if you’re on the fence to buy it. Just do it you won’t be disappointed.

Great Steam Mop!!
I’m honestly so impressed with this steam mop! It heats up super fast, is really lightweight, and makes cleaning my floors so much easier. I love that it has two steam settings for different surfaces, and the pads actually stay on and pick up dirt really well. The cord is long enough to clean a whole room without constantly unplugging it, which is a huge plus. Washing windows has turned into a pleasure, and I can clean my entire home without using any chemicals. It works amazingly well in the bathroom and toilets, leaving everything spotless and sanitized. It’s incredibly easy to use and very effective.The only downside is the round brush attachment – it tends to get deformed after a few uses and then becomes unusable.However, this is a small issue compared to how well the rest of the mop performs.Overall, I highly recommend this steam mop. It has made cleaning faster, healthier, and much more enjoyable!
