Easy to use & works great!!
Works great. Nothing to switch on or off. Just put the cup on it. When you lift the cup off, it turns off. I have another cup warmer that’s more complicated to use. I really enjoy this one! And it heats at about 130 degrees F. Just perfect!!

Pro’s: works very well, attractive, easy to clean.Con: Quit working after 15 months. However, I like it and will buy another. Also, if young kids are around, you should avoid it because if they lean on it, it will heat up rapidly.

Why didn’t I buy this sooner! I have been throwing away quarter cups of coffee for years. No more! The warmer just plugs in and your done. I love that it only comes on when the cup is on it so you can leave it plugged in all the time with no danger. It has a large surface which could hold any size mug bug small enough to take on travel or use at your office. It really is an easy to use product works and for the price, its an incredible product.

Product has no auto shutoff or temperature control
I had bought two for my wife.. one for the office and one for the family room… the office one quit after the first couple of days. The family room one was doing it’s job at keeping coffee warm, however today it almost caused a fire. When it heats up, (by the way it does have a microswitch to turn it on and off when the weight of a cup is pushes down on its surface), its keeps on going and as you are not able to control the temp of the surface, there is no way to turn it off if the microswitch fails. It gets so hot that it will melt objects, burn paper and fuse plastic to it’s surface. Fortunately the smell of burning gave it away and I was able to unplug it. I can’t imagine what might have happened if we had gone out for the day. This also can seriously burn you.I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have attached photos of a book that was burned and plastic that melted onto the surface.Paper burns at around 451f. Amazon should not be selling this product. It’s a safety and fire hazard.

Keeps my coffee the perfect temperature!!
I am thrilled with this coffee mug warmer! It keeps my coffee at THE perfect temperature – not too hot, not luke warm. It’s nice and big, too – 4.5 inch diameter. I was a little concerned it might not work because the instructions say the mug has to have a flat bottom. None of mine do. They are the typical white ceramic ones with concave bottoms and bottom rims. But it works great with all of them. I plan to buy more for other rooms in the house – and holiday gifts, too.

Great product!! Delivery in my area- not so much. I only have mine because of honest neighbors. After using it a few times the smell of burnt plastic and electronics became to unsettling, no longer safe for use.- Not recommended
