Does this steam mop leak water?

Is the mop head securely attached? I’m worried it might detach easily during use.
Yes, it locks firmly in place! The mop head features a secure click-in design that holds strongly during use. If it hasn’t clicked fully, it could loosen—so just make sure it’s snug. We’re also happy to send a replacement if needed!
After washing, does the cleaning pad become stiff? How can I soften it?
That’s totally normal! The pad is made of 80% polyester & 20% nylon for extra scrubbing power. It may stiffen after drying, but a quick soak in warm water or a steam burst before mopping will make it soft and ready to go again!

Worth every penny!
This mop steamer has a low noise level works very well and is easy to handle. The heat up. Time is quick. It comes with several attachments.

Suitable for my small apartment
It really does get into the grout lines and lifts all the dirt. The only downside is you have to refill water for a really big house, but for my apartment it’s perfect.

Eh it’s alright
It would be 5 star for cleaning but the mop is really short and feels wonky when you mop. You can’t really get a good scrub in. The handle hurts your hand. Other than that it still cleans very good just very uncomfortable

As far as how well it works, it’s 5 stars. It heats up very fast and lifts the dirt off fast smooth glide. I also liked how easy it was to assemble. What I don’t like is the handle is uncomfortable my hand started hurting. The handle is to short the tank doesn’t hold all the water it could possibly hold due to the placement of the opening is smack in the middle of the tank so you can only fill it halfway. The cord is also short so you Don’t get a very long reach. It’s Definitely cheaply made. I also did like extra attachments. Overall I don’t think I would reorder if and when it dies.
