Easy to use
When I got home my package was waiting for me. Thank you! I couldn’t wait to put it together which was so easy to do! I then used it. It heats up very fast and did an excellent job. I’m very pleased. You can hear the steam part. Tile dried quick!

Great steam mop for the price!
I love this thing. It heats up super fast. It destroys bathroom mildew on tile and grout. My shower grout is the whitest it’s ever been since I moved into this condo unit. The floor mopping is awesome. And it doesn’t go through water super fast either. I was able to mop my entire downstairs floor and still had more than half of a tank of water left to clean the shower tile, and STILL had about a quarter of a tank left of water after that. I only have a few gripes. My first grip is that the hose in the tank needs to be oriented in way that you can use the steamer in higher up places. You pretty much need to be arm level with what you’re cleaning, or lower with the steamer. Try to clean anything above arm level, and water doesn’t get into the hose, therefore, no steam is produced. Which brings me to my next complaint. When using this in the hand cleaning mode, it is uncomfortable. There should be an optional pistol grip attachment, or there should be one incorporated under the unit on the belly. My last complaint is that the cord could stand to be a little bit longer with a cord clip built into the AC plug, like most vacuum cleaners have. I only docked a star for the lack of ergonomics on the hand cleaning aspect of the unit. It will kill your wrist. And the location of the water hose I think there should be two hoses inside, one at the bottom of the tank and one at the top of the tank. That would ensure that you get steam if you’re cleaning above arm level.Aside for those gripes, I would definitely recommend this Steam Mop combo unit, especially for the price. It does what it’s supposed to do, and it does it well.

Great steamer! Cleaned a stain on my couch beautifully.
I got this steamer and while it was on its way here I bought a used couch in great condition except it had a large stain on it. I was really hoping the steamer will do the job removing this stain and it did beautifully. It was easy to put together, it steams hot in seconds and I ended up steaming the whole couch in no time, such an easy way to clean it! And yet when I set on the couch I had an itch on my arm (the previous owner has a dog and I was sensitive to the hair) so I steamed it one more time and didn’t have any further problems. The reason I took one star is that I am having a problem separating the nozzle used for the hand steaming from the body of the steamer in order to turn it into a floor steamer. I will probably need to use a tool to do that as I wasn’t able to press the button strong enough with my hand to release. Other than that I recommend it.

Great “clean”cleaner
Received my steam mop today and found it very easy to assemble for both floor cleaning and hand held attachments for many uses. I cleaned my kitchen floor just a few days ago on my hand and knees with a bucket of lysol. I just wanted to test out how the steam mop works so a ran it over my kitchen floor and I couldn’t believe how much dirt was picked up on the removeable pad! My floor looks new. I also ran it across a few areas on my carpet on some high traffic stains and again, a difference and it doesn’t soak the carpet to where it took hours to dry. Appreciate how I won’t be using a lot of toxic chemicals to do some household cleaning. Update: Liked it while it lasted. Didn’t use that often and the steam adjustment knob bell off. Steam blasts out everywhere except where it should.

Power Button Broke First Use
I read all the reviews and felt good about purchasing this product for my wood floors. On the very first use the power button wouldn’t stay on. Maybe I have to hold it down for 3 sec., maybe it needs to be locked in the stand up position, or tilted back. Nope, nothing obvious solved the problem of the button not turning the mop on. I did get it to come on and stay on for a bit, but then it just shut off ??? Maybe it gets too hot? Maybe I can only mop for 8 min. and it needs to cool??? The Manuel had zero info. The website didn’t have the product on their site.Frustrating. I will return it and get something a bit more expensive from a more reputable brand. The good points are: it’s super easy to assemble, compact enough for storage, easy to fill with water (however you need to refill the reservoir several times during a cleaning for a sizeable kitchen), easy to put pads on / take off, good steam pressure and seems to clean well.

Es facil de maniobrar y bastante estable en la temperatura. Ayudo mucho a limpiar el interior de mi estufa que estaba completamente negra. No quedo al 100% limpia, tampoco es magica pero con el continuo uso y con ayuda de liquidos limpiadores y vinagra ayudan a que trabaje aun mejor. ((NOTA. no echar liquidos al aparato, los use directamente en la mancha)) Tambien me ayudo a limpiar mis cortinas plegables.

Best cleaning tool I have bought. So far I have done my windows/ mirrors, windowsills and cleaned my floors. I have 2 big dogs, 2 cats and kids, my floors are always dirty. I get my steam mop out. It’s easy to set up easy to clean and my floors are dry within minutes.

Es exactamente lo que buscaba…muy buen flujo de vapor y rinde muy bien para muchos metros de alfombra con un cuarto de litro de agua…en verdad que el costo es muy bajo…solo la mala que llegó roto el recipiente para rellenar el depósito de agua…esto si… pésimo control de calidad

I love this product it’s easy to use and clean well the only thingfor me is when it’s time to change the head it’s really difficult and I can’t really do it my self I need someone to help me and for it to be easy to use you need to wait for the towel to be wet before you start using it on the floor

For starters, after a couple of days of use, the container started leaking from the water compartment with no reason, I send it back and got a new one, so far it was okay. After I got the second one, same as the first one it started leaking again, a little bit less, but still was leaking. I stopped using it for about 3-4 days. There was some remaining water on the compartment, and there was mold on it, even though I had only been using water. The little hose got stuck at the bottom and that made it stopped working, I was able to clean the water compartment, however, the steam mop does work anymore. And now I can’t return it nor ask for a refund!!! Very bad choice
