Life changing product worth the splurge
I’ve had it for over 6 months and I can honestly say this is a life changing product for me. Yes it is expensive but honestly so worth it. I tell everyone about it! Snag it on sale and you’re good to go!I have a toddler and a dog, so my floors are always covered in crumbs and dog hair. I run the vacuum function a couple times a week and aim to use the mop function at least once a week or as needed. Aside from moving items out of the way when I need to do a deep clean, and ensuring the water tank is ready, it really is a set it and forget it type of thing. The app is easy to use, from making the map of your home to setting cleaning routines and checking the device maintenance.It is especially helpful after hosting parties or large groups where your floors will get dirty quickly. I clear the way for the robot and get to work cleaning the dishes while the robot vacuums and mops other areas of the house. Multitasking at its finest! I will even prep the house and set the routine before I leave the house for the day and I come home to beautifully clean floors.I will say, the mopping is most effective if you select double mopping. The first few times I only selected single mopping and found the floor was not as clean as I’d like. I used plain tap water initially but eventually bought the Roborock brand cleaning solution to add to the water tank and found it eliminates any musty odor from the mopheads (even after washing and drying) and leaves no residue on the floor.I find the vacuum power to be very effective and I’m always satisfied with how clean both rugs and hard flooring are.So far I’ve have no maintenance issues and after over 6 months of heavy use, the original dust bag is finally almost full! I bought replacement bags and mop heads from Amazon. They’re knockoffs but seem to be great quality. I’ve replaced the mop heads once so far as over time they do tend to wear down, which is to be expected.

A good little vacuum that learns.
This generally works very well. I’m torn between 4 and 5 stars. I’ve had a problem with it registering one of my area rugs as a cliff or drop off. It has also been stuck on same rug a couple of times. But the program learns and created an exclusion zone. So it avoids that area of the rug. It’s a small area so it’s not a big deal.The mop function works pretty well, but not as well as a person. It runs the mop and will periodically return to the dock for clean water and to clean the mop heads. We have run the vacuum almost every day without any other problems. The water tanks are reasonably large and are good for 3-4 mop sessions for about 1400 sq feet It works well for our hardwood floors. On low water, the water evaporates within 90 seconds or so.We have a dog who sheds something serious. But the floors look great. And after running the vacuum almost every day for nearly a month, I still have not had to empty the vacuum trash bag.Overall, this thing works well.

I am so incredibly happy with this purchase. This robot vacuum is a genuine game changer for our home. The standout feature is the FlexiArm extending mop and brush. It actually reaches right up to the baseboards and into corners, cleaning the edges that other robot vacuums always seem to miss. This feature alone makes it perfect for my use case.I watched a lot of reviews before buying and was a bit worried about the object detection, but it has pleasantly surprised me. It does a much better job navigating around shoes and unexpected floor clutter than I thought it would.
