No hair clogs!
Smart, reliable, and exactly as advertised. The app is intuitive and quick to set up. Best of all, the anti-tangle hair-cutting feature actually works—it collects long hair and snips it as it goes, so there are no clogs and I don’t have to pull strands off the brush. Great robot vacuum-mop overall.

High Quality, Easy Setup
Use it daily. Everyone needs one. Roborock is a great brand and so user friendly. Allows me to look like I actually keep my house clean (My immaculate floors and carpet is where it all stops- need some thing that dusts and cleans my showers). Until then, I’ll praise this unit for it’s ability to handle my LVP and rugs. Instinctively knows to mop my floors and not my rugs without me having to “tell” it. Don’t worry about buying the brand name cleaning solution, it’s really cheap and not worth shopping around or making your own. It’s got special stuff in it to stop mold growth so I wanted stick with it anyway. That said, with a little research, knock-off replacement parts like mops, rollers, brushes, etc are perfectly acceptable and will save you a few bucks. Give this unit a shot. It’s easy to set-up and will make you happy instantly. You will never go back to chore days reserved for vacuuming and mopping. Save that time for your showers (sigh).

Works great
Absolutely love. I have had it for 3 months now. I have 5 cats and 1 dog, and it does an EXCELLENT job of getting upset all the hair and DIRT/DUST. I’ve tried other robot vacuums that don’t get up dirt/dust very well, and it is huge for me that this does. The app set up and mapping was quick and easy. I also love that you can see on the app where it has cleaned, where it hasn’t, and where it found a barrier. The tank it empties into holds quite a bit. Like I said, I have a total of 6 animals (the dog is german shepherd and sheds a lot), and I run it almost every other day. It is fairly large capacity. I bought additional bags thinking I’d have to change them out frequently, I didn’t have to change out the bag until after about 1.5 months.Only complaint about the self emptying is that it doesn’t automatically empty until it is done and goes back to the docking station. As in it doesn’t sense that it is full and needs to go empty. So if you need it to empty throughout cleaning, you need to set a time in the app. For ex -It takes about an hour for it to clean my set area. I had to set mine to self emptying after 30 mins (so halfway through cleaning). Once it is fully done, it docks and self empties again. The tank it empties into you also have to check if it is full, as it doesn’t tell you.

Compared to Other Robot Vacuums, This is my Favorite!
I’ve owned two of these vacuums for several months now, and I feel it’s finally time to write a review. The problem is, I couldn’t decide between a 3-Star or a 5-Star review. This vacuum is pretty good, but it also has a few frustrating flaws. Having owned several different brands/models of robot vacuums though, I can say that this is hands-down my favorite. So as a standalone vacuum, this is a 3-Star product. But compared to other robot vacuums, this is by far a 5-Star product. What I love:This vacuum uses lasers instead of a camera, and I love this! This provides several benefits that I highly value. First, it can operate in low or no light. This is absolutely necessary for me, as not all parts of my house are well-lit when I want to run the vacuum. Second, not having a camera also means more privacy. I REALLY don’t want a vacuum that takes pictures or videos of my house/family and uploads them to a mystery database in the cloud. This may be paranoid of me, but it’s a personal preference. All of the iRobot Roombas I’ve used had a camera, and they completely failed in poor lighting, meaning I could only run the vacuum during sunny days, or I had to leave lights on around the house and waste electricity. On the privacy side, iRobot’s privacy policy didn’t sit well with me at all.I also love the mapping function. It’s still technically in Beta, but it is awesome. The biggest selling point for me by far, is I love being able to digitally mark no-go zones rather than iRobot’s stupid beacons that take batteries (and still fail), or an awful looking strip of tape on the floor. Being able to mark the no-go zones in the app is such a clean way to keep the vacuum away from certain areas, and the vacuum has obeyed every time. One complication is that you can’t edit the map until the vacuum finishes one full pass of the area, so I had to vacuum-proof the no-go areas the first time so the vacuum could finish. But that wasn’t too bad.I also like the app a lot. I like being able to schedule or pick rooms whenever I want, from wherever I want. I don’t think this is any better or worse than other vacuum apps, but I like it, so I wanted to mention it.Lastly, the vacuum itself does a great job vacuuming, and it even comes with a few nice touches that I took for granted with other vacuums. For example, the brush to clean the filter is stored inside the vacuum. This is great! I no longer have a dirty brush sitting next to the charge station, and I always know where it is. The charging station also has a place to hide excess power cable. This is nice too, as it keeps the vacuum station area nice and tidy, and the charging station can be pressed flush up to the wall. What I don’t like:As others have said, this thing has constant errors, and it has no problem voicing its complaints to anyone nearby. I had to turn the volume down it was so annoying. The nice thing is, most of these are just verbal warnings and don’t actually halt the vacuum. These are mostly just annoying to hear the vacuum complain so much, but again, lowering the volume of the voice helps. But after a month or so, the vacuum would error-out AND stop every time it runs. Both of my vacuums do this now. As others have said, it will happen at the same time, every time. What I mean by that, is mine errors out and stops after the first 17 minutes any time I start it. I’ve read that this is due to carpet and the main brush being too thick. Apparently it overheats and stops the vacuum? I’m not sure how true this is, but this will happen with no hair or blockage in the main brush; it just stops. There is no required fix for this other than starting the vacuum from the button on the vacuum itself or starting it from the app. Seriously, that is how annoying it is. You don’t have to turn it over, take out the brush, clear anything. You just tell it to go again, and it will go as if it had never stopped.I keep hoping a firmware update will fix this, but no luck. For now, I can either vacuum one room at a time using the app, or open the app every now and then to restart the vacuum. This is by far the WORST part of an otherwise great vacuum. So even though there are some frustrating quirks with this vacuum, it is the only vacuum that works with my preferences and fits my lifestyle. I don’t want to leave lights on or only run the vacuum during sunny days. I don’t want to sit plastic towers around my house or put tape on my carpet. I don’t want a camera driving around my house sending pictures to the cloud. I just want a robot vacuum that performs well without any of the above options, and this vacuum does. I would highly recommend it!

The product is probably nice and effective, but the seller is selling it in Saudi market where the voltage is incompatible to the functioning of the product. They should not sell it in a market which is not right for the product!
