My husband uses this essential oil in his humidifier. He needs the humidifier during the drier, Winter weather here to keep his sinuses moist and clear. The oil has a nice smell and is a natural relaxant that helps him sleep.

These oils work well for all 6 in my family..my husband has had problems sleeping for years but he won’t take any meds he doesn’t like how they make him feel. He used the peaceful sleep a few months ago and he has been sleeping more soundly since then. He doesn’t put it on every night because he can still smell it for a few days. He loves the way it works. My children 14, 11, 9 and 5 year old will occasionally ask for it as well. If they don’t fall asleep right away.
