How to Use and Make your Kitchen Cloths Keep for a longer time?
USE:
– Use with or without cleaning agents, it is always best to wet with warm water first, wring it out then you can wipe down whatever you need to, even better use some vinegar water spray which is healthy and easy to make DIY with an empty spray bottle.
– You can use your favorite cleaner spray on the surface let it sit a minute or so, wipe down with a pre-moistened cloth, and rinse as you go.
Keep:
– When it’s time to switch you can throw it in the towel wash, and by all means, use vinegar in the softener receptacle which allows your towels and rags to remain absorbent for much longer than it would with fabric softener. (1/4 cup of white vinegar should be enough, the smell of the vinegar will dissipate you will not smell it on anything, when the cloth dry)
– Lay flat to dry after each use it will be reusable many times through the week with minimal smell if taken care of well.

The best absorbant, durable, art deco cleaning disposable cloth/sponge
I love them for all over multiple use. I put mine in the dishwasher only because I think it lasts longer. Plus it is thicker than most offered and doesn’t smell. I love The black cat in different backdrops because it is unique art deco.

Best Clothes Ever!
Excellent quality and as expected. Cheerful and bright patterns. I’m breaking up the 10 pack to include in Christmas gifts for neighbors. If you haven’t tried these “dish clothes” you must. They are the best “material” I have ever used in the kitchen. You can wash them in the washer but dry air dry them to keep them flat. The clips provided also work to hang them to dry.

They do Not hold an odor
I love these cloths. Odor free. They are easy to use , they are the correct size for kitchen countertop cleaning and dish washing. I use a paper hole puncher to punch a hole into the corner of the cloth so as I can hang them. I use a cloth for a week and then I wash them in the washing machine. And reuse again. Eventually , I replace them and use the older ones for household cleaning. The older ones are great (you squeeze out most the water ) use for window cleaning, or chemical free damp cloth cleaning.

Very nice
These are very nice and work well. I just wish they had a loop for hanging instead of clips.

Not like paper towels at all
They’re cute. But they are kind of stiff and dry misshapen. I’m not sure if it’s just adjusting to using a different thing, but I’d almost sooner prefer a towel to this.

I first heard about Swedish Dishcloths about a month or two ago. I did a little research on YouTube and spoke to the only person I knew who has used these cloths. I asked her why she used them and what she liked about them. Her top three reasons:1. Easy to clean.2. Quick drying3. Compostable and environmentally friendlyThese statements are all very true. I would also add that they come in many different prints. So if you so desire you are able to match your personal decor. If you are like me, you can also change your Swedish cloths to match holidays or seasons.Cleaning is truly very easy and can be done by hand, by placing in your dishwasher or simply washing in your washing machine. I have not tried placing in the clothes dryer but they dry so incredibly fast that I do not see the need to machine dry. This may seem like a minor point but trust me when I say it is important. Although this is not a bulky product if you have storage issues or are very particular about how you store things remember, they dry very stiff. So, the shape you dry them in is the shape they will be until you wet them. Also, because they do dry very very quickly they do not have that old dish cloth smell. So long as you rinse or launder them well and put them to dry immediately there should be absolutely no odor problem.Since I started using these Swedish Dishcloths, I have noticed I use far fewer paper towels, which I must admit, I was using way too freely! For most of us, myself included paper towels are convenient but having a stack of Swedish dish cloths on and is just as convenient. Anything a paper towel can do a Swedish dish cloth can do better!Does it take more effort than paper towel?……… yes. However, for the minimal effort it takes to wash and hang to dry you get a cloth that last through 200 washes. A Swedish cloth has less negative impact on the evironment than producing traditional cotton dishcloths. After you have used a Swedish dishcloth as long as you can, it can be composted. Even though cotton can be recycled it is sometimes difficult to find particularly outside of large cities. So if you lack space, want to save money or want to do something proactive to reduce your carbon footprint and use of natural resources then these cloths are for you. They will not give you 100 more square feet of live space, save you enough money to retire ten years earlier or heal the Earth over night but every little bit helps.
