It Will Stand Up to Time
A couple months back I realized I needed new cutting boards. It took me a while to decide which ones. There are a lot of cutting boards on the market. There is something about this specific model that intrigue me, in particular the stand..The thing I like aside from the traditional quality cutting board, it is layers with the cross grain boards. I use the stand all the time. It is a decorative stand off to the side of the counter. I use it, and rinse it off really well, and dry it with the towel! It fits right there in the stand and it continues to air dry.Because it came in a set of three I could use it for large cuts of food or pick up the small one for something little and something that will take a less time.

Cutting Board’s look great
Arrived today and I closely examined each board. I do not see any defects in joints, no knicks in the surface, and no rough parts needing sanding on the edges. They are perfect sizes for my kitchen, and the handles to pick up from counter are designed perfectly. The largest will handle my Thanksgiving Turkey for carving, and the middle size replaces my plastic board, and the smallest will handle the quick cutting for a hamburger or hoagie sandwich. The largest isn’t too heavy and all are thick enough to give some weight to hold in place on counter. I just received them so can’t comment on longevity, but they appear to be sturdy and built with quality standards. Three boards marked as end grain at the price I paid, $55, was great. I will update this post if something goes wrong over the next year.

Perfect Wood Boards
These have held up for a very long time! I like the multiple sizes, and the stand that holds them up right. Just don’t wash and lean against the counter it could mold a little bit from soaking. But, duh! I now am sure to put in my drying rack.

Pricey but should last a lifetime
I had recently purchased an Acacia wood set of cutting boards because of their aesthetic beauty. We’ve owned a bamboo cutting board for over twenty years and with regular scrubbing using bleach, especially after cutting up poultry, the board has numerous knife marks on it but they are just surface scratches. I just think that sometimes, after two decades, it’s time to replace things. The Acacia wood set was a total disappointment. They looked beautiful upon receipt, however; after only a few weeks of usage, they developed deep knife cuts throughout. This bamboo set was purchased as a replacement for the aforementioned. After several months of household use with knives that I routinely sharpen and maintain, there are only surface scratches observable. The individual blocks of bamboo appear to remain tightly laminated with no visible cracks or de-lamination. I believe the fact that we never leave these cutting boards in water and always dry them thoroughly after each use will render them to last a lifetime. Thank you.

Decent boards, minor issue.
I really like the look and feel of these cutting boards and they aren’t showing any signs of wear from using them. My only issue is that they all have warped and no longer sit flush on the countertop. Some days it very noticeable. I suspect they are sensitive to the level of humidity in my house

I love these cutting boards. They are great sizes and I love that they come with a stand to make it easy for drying or storage. They do seem to dry out fairly quickly but also are very durable and don’t look bad on the counter.
