Great lights
The lights are great. They are really bright, some may find them too bright but I’m happy with them. I was put off somewhat when reading the instructions that it said the lights had to be installed by a licensed electrician. Shouldn’t this be written in the description to see before placing the order? I did the install anyway and had no problem but I think it voids my warranty. But they work great and don’t anticipate any issues.

great customer service but have limitations for under eaves installations
the light is well constructed and bright. however, when placed under eaves, the reflected light causes the photo sensor to be tricked resulting in a constant flickering (on and off). the light performs well in open spaces but not under eaves. 2 were installed about a foot below the eaves that did not remain on. I then ended up wiring one to a photo sensor controlled outlet and also removing the photo sensor from the unit. I un-installed the other. the 3rd light was installed on a wall along a driveway with no overhang and it worked well.update (1/7/2021) changed rating to 4-1/2 stars–all lights still working for more than 30 days. soon after my initial review, the company contacted me regarding my problems with “under eaves installations” and Amazon also responded: “our vendor informed us you would be better install this light in a open space”really impressed me that the company would reach out and try to understand my issues. I sent them pictures of the installations and they sent me 2 extra lights for my troubles and ask me to re-try installing light under eaves. the spare lights were sent promptly and company followed up to ensure that the lights were received. 1 extra star for customer service for and 1/2 extra star for no-hassle replacement policy.since Amazon indicated that these lights function better in open spaces, I did not attempt re-installation under an eave and therefore noted this limitation in my review.

Light unto my path
Needed a bright light outside my rear office door. This one sports a daylight/dark sensor, saving the need for a timer. Had to custom drill mounting holes, but should hold up well to the elements. Commercial look, and work flawlessly.

OK Lights But With Installation Issues
This was a “buy again” purchase to replace a failed light and to have extras in case other lights (installed 4 originally) failed in the future. While these lights look reasonably identical to my previous lights, they have been redesigned to line up to a horizontal electrical box rather than a vertical box. This was a big negative since I needed to have this light be installed in the exact same place on an outside brick exterior wall. I was able to make it work by drilling a hole in the place where a knock-out was positioned on the old light and running a screw through the light to hardware provided. So now It works and looks OK but I did not appreciate getting redesigned lights for a “buy again” purchase.

Overall I like these lights. Simple to install. All necessary hardware included with each light.They light up my dock and very bright for a 33 watt light.

Built quality is kind of poor, wires are pinched under the rear covers, things are jerry rigged inside, it does not even have the dusk dawn sensor inside the housing as advertised , returned.
