Powerful and simple to use
Water, heat, and clean. A full tank has enough capacity for cleaning the whole shower without rushing. Depending on the attachment you use, consider getting ear plugs too. Steam is very loud

Little to no steam with longer extensions
It doesn’t work well at all. Even with no attachments the steam coming out barely warmed my hand and did nothing on the dirty handprint on my door from my kids. With mop attachment there was no cleaning power and no steam just water dribbles. It took 2 hours to mop my living room. A 16′ x 22′ area. It’s bulky and heavy and hard to hold in the exact position needed for the mop to lay flat in the floor. As you push the mop it feels like it’s going to break and the 3 connected rods bend at weird angles so you can’t even scrub since all you get is dribbles of water. The value is bad. For a little extra money you can get a better steam cleaner. I’ve started the return process and will be getting a better steamer today. Oh, it only holds one cup of water so keep that in mind. You’ll be refilling it constantly in the 2 hours it takes to clean anything.

I had to keep pushing yhe button over and over to get steam to come out and it was hard to push. Very disappointed in how it worked.

Takes awhile to cool off and use again but other than that Great Product
Wish it held a little more water to last longer. But works great on my glass shower doors. I was really struggling to keep them looking clean.

Cleaning power stinks. Steam output is not strong. Small tank. Only get about 90 seconds of steam before you have to stop and refill. Attachments are not sturdy, they don’t have a strong connection. All around poor quality
