Amazing chair and amazing customer service!
I previously had a Secret Lab chair, and after struggling with months of back pain from the chair, I decided to start looking into ergonomic chairs. When looking online for “good” ergonomic chair brands or recommendations, all I saw were Steelcase or Herman Miller, and anything else was “garbage”.I decided to keep looking and do my own research and eventually landed on this one. Initially, I was worried it might not meet my expectations because of everything I had been seeing online about how if it wasn’t a huge, expensive name brand, it was no good.I went ahead and ordered it and was pleasantly surprised. The chair took very little effort to build and was able to do it by myself in less than an hour. Sitting on it for the first time, it felt comfortable and supportive. I knew it wouldn’t cause the same back problems that my Secret Lab chair gave me. The adjustability is lovely. I(5’5”, 190 lb female) fit very well into this chair, and the headrest is quite comfortable. My only gripe is that the armrests don’t move side to side, but most of all, the firmness of the armrests. They are very hard and can get uncomfortable quickly, but not a huge deal since I have the armrests up most of the time.I had the opportunity to keep a Herman Miller Aeron chair, but since I only sit 2-4 hours maximum at my desk each day and preferred the adjustability of this chair, I sold the Aeron, as well as the Secret Lab, and kept this chair. I can’t judge it for longevity yet but am hopeful it’ll last the next 5 years or so.Lastly, customer service is excellent! I initially had issues with the gas lift of the chair, so I contacted them, and they promptly sent me a replacement gas lift as well as a lumbar support pillow. They are very kind and sent instructions on how to replace the gas lift. Winnie and Cayla have been very helpful. Thank you.TLDR: For the price It’s a great chair and superb customer service!! Just buy it!!

Mesh chair heaven
I love my new chair! It was easy to put together. The instructions were straightforward. It’s super sturdy. The wheels move easy on my floor pad (something my other chair didn’t do). I like how easy it is to adjust. And it’s very comfortable. And it looks great!

Good Office Chair
Installation and Packaging- Pretty straightforward. Did take me about 40 min going slow but will take me like 15 min now.- Included extra screw and all tool needed to assemble. Uses Hex H5.- Packaging was good with individual wrap and/or cushion pieces.Pro- Nice bouncy mesh seat like sitting on one of those mesh hammock. No issue after 8hr continuous sitting but I have a foot rest that alleviate weight stress on the thigh area. I did feel a bit more stress after 10+hrs. People who enjoy padded cushion or without foot rest may not find it as comfortable.- Headrest is nice with various adjustable height and angle.- Leg has tactile groove which can provide nonslip. Some might not like it for those with more sensitive skin as they are not soft for barefoot user.- Wheel is smooth rolling on wooden floor.- Armrest can be pull upward to push seat in.- Reclining is nice. Comfortable enough that I can feel like I can sleep in it (with a foot rest only)Con- Unable to move armrest forward without increasing height so my forearm and wrist hanging in the air or it too high up. Was aware of this before purchase.- Armrest cushion is more on the firmer side than I would like. Also wish it was a bit wider.Neutral- Lumbar support is there but not as pronounce. You can obtain one with support with no condition attach. Support Cayla was great and help register my product and warranty along with sending a lumbar support pillow. In general, experience with support has been excellent.- Armrest is link to recliner. In sitting position, it a bit off but in reclining position, it is quite nice.- Adjusting seat height is not smooth gradual process but more of a rapid increment.- Wheel gliding isn’t as smooth on carpet, requiring a bit more push effort.- When sitting down, ensure you sit in the center. Sitting off center from the side would touch the plastic edge.Overall, I’m happy with the product. Based on other review, warranty are cover for 3 years with many having no issue. If product hold up for a good 3-5 years, I would buy it again.
