Practical and very complete for home cleaning
This steam cleaner is an excellent option to keep the house spotless. I love that it is 10 in 1, since it brings several useful accessories for floors, windows, bathroom and even tile joints. The steam is powerful and removes dirt without the need for chemicals, which makes it safer and more environmentally friendly. In addition, the tank is easy to fill and the use is quite simple. Although it is currently not available, I definitely recommend it for its versatility and good results on all types of surfaces.

Finally a chemical way free way to clean my home!
I was actually looking for a steam mop so that way I can start using chemical free cleaners in my Home and I happen to find this and it’s a 10 in 1 so the 10 different attachments are a huge bonus. I’ve used the brush attachments to clean grout lines in my kitchen and bathroom, and they look brand new. The window scraper attachment is also fantastic for streak-free windows. The 12oz water tank provides enough capacity to clean a large area without constant refilling, and the long 16.4 ft power cord gives me plenty of reach. This is by far the most versatile and effective cleaning tool I’ve ever owned. If you’re looking for a simple, powerful, and chemical-free way to deep clean your entire home,The quick 15-second heat-up time is perfect and the water reservoir seems to last a while too so that’s also a plus! Used once in my living room on hardwood floors1. Inconsistent Steam Output:The steam pressure is weak and inconsistent, making it difficult to clean tough grime or deep-seated dirt effectively, especially in grout or corners.2. Short Power Cord & Small Water Tank:The cord length limits mobility, and the water tank runs out quickly, requiring frequent refills that interrupt cleaning sessions.3. Poor Attachment Quality:Many of the included 10-in-1 attachments feel flimsy or poorly designed. Some don’t stay securely in place or perform as expected, especially on windows and grout.4. Build Feels Cheap & Flimsy:The overall construction lacks durability. The plastic feels lightweight and fragile, raising concerns about long-term use.5. Leaves Floors Too Wet:Instead of quick-drying steam, the mop often leaves floors damp or even wet, which defeats the purpose of using steam for fast, streak-free cleaning.

Good for floor cleaning
We have used this twice, and it does a good job on our kitchen and bathroom floors. However, I was hoping it would be good for cleaning shower tile walls in the bathroom, but even with trying different attachments, no real success there.The true test will be to see how long this mop lasts. We had to replace our Shark steam mop after only a year, so hope this one lasts longer, at least to do the floors.

Great steam mop!
So far, this has been brilliant. The mop quickly heats water (I use RO/distilled to keep the internals clean) and produces a lot of steam. I have used it for mopping as well as cleaning grout on tile floors. The nylon brush head works amazing for getting in tough-to-reach spots as well as blasting out dirt and grime from tile grout. I love that it comes with extra mop heads so you can toss one in the wash while using another.
