This thing works great!
I’m loving this! It’s replacing one I got 4 years ago that only worked on smaller mugs. This one can handle a man size mug and the coffee stays hot for hours. Great product. Loving it. Did I mention I’m loving it?

i got this to replace another one that i wore out. heats up quickly and keeps your coffee hot for hours. i always keep it at the highest heat, but the option to go lower is nice i guess. well made, looks nice on my desk too. the wood appearance is sophisticated and not at all cheap looking.

This device keeps my coffee hot and is simple to use. Quality is solid and it’s appearance pleasant. I’ve been enjoying the mug warmer daily since receiving it. Definitely would buy it again as a gift or if needed for myself. Only issue is that the cord is shorter than I would like and I have to use an extension cord. Maybe long enough for an office setting. Well today is October 6th 2025th about 4 months since I wrote the above review. I’m so happy that I forgot to post it. I’ve been using the device every morning for about 2hrs.max as directed in manual. I never handled it harsh or misused it at all. And yesterday my mug warmer decided that it was done working. Stopped getting hot and the device kept shutting off within ” 4 ” months. Unfortunately for me I had order another Kitchen Shop mug warmer before I noticed what brand I had bought. I was happy at first because I saw an image of the grand U.S.A until I realized that it had been made in China. I would be happy paying a bit more for the item made in U.S.A and lasted 5 to 10 years, instead of paying my money on something that lasts fewer than 4 months. I used the new mug warmer this morning and as before it worked great. So I’ll keep you updated as I use the next mug warmer and hopefully it will last at least half the time of an American made item.

Best Coffee Warmer by Far
I have waited to write this review until I had used this coffee warmer for a month. I have had many coffee warmers and none before had lived up to my expectations; this one has. It has four heat settings–131, 145, 167, and 185 degrees F. For me, 167 is perfect. This coffee warmer will actually heat cooled/cold coffee back to the perfect temperature in about 3 minutes. (I tried half a cup of cold coffee.) The heating plate is 4.5 inches wide. Cord length is about 3.5 feet. Great value for the money. Bought a second one for my husband.

Very good mug warmer
This is a good mug warmer if you don’t want to use a stainless steel mug, it’ll keep your coffee or other beverage hot for hours. Good range of temp controls to set a temp that suits your needs. Well worth the money. Like that it pauses itself when you take your mug off it.

Great mug warmer
Got this 7 months ago. It still works fabulously. I love that will actually heat up cooled drinks. The 167 temp works perfectly for keeping hot coffee hot.

Flat bottom cup NOT required.
I received this yesterday and I have been using it all day today. Despite the fact that my coffee cups are NOT flat on the bottom – they have a raised rim along the edge – the coffee stays very warm with no problem. In fact the highest setting will keep the coffee nearly hot indefinitely. I like that the device shuts off when lifting the cup. So far this is a real winner.
