Great cutting board good for many uses!
This thing is huge and thick – just what I wanted! The wood has no odors and was nice and smooth. So far I’ve used it for chopping nuts, fruits & vegetables, kneading bread, slicing homemade bread and as a giant charcuterie board.Side note: I gave both sides two nice coats of mineral oil before using and clean-up has been a breeze.Bonus FYI – Mineral Oil from the drug store is food safe and cheaper than cutting board oil which is just mineral oil and fragrance.

Great but check the dimensions for your kitchen
This is a great cutting board. I like how there is a groove that catches any liquids from the things you are cutting. I am glad it’s made out of bamboo instead of plastic (healthier and more sustainable).The X-Large size is quite big, though, and difficult to hand-wash. (You have to hand-wash the cutting board and are not supposed to put it through the dishwasher.) You also have to wash the board it as soon as possible so liquids aren’t absorbed into the cutting board.Overall, I think this is great but I would have gotten one size smaller.P.S. I recommend buying some mineral oil when you buy this because you will need to oil the board before using it.

Perfect for my needs!
Board was perfect size and came with little rubber stick-on dots to keep it from slipping. As others reported it did have a strong odor first out of the package, but after a soapy wash and dry, it was fine. Also, as others reported (about this board, and with many other comparable brands) it did have a lot of splinters initially. A good sized sliver (the width of a toothpick but ~5 inches long) did splinter off the edge while washing. However the integrity of the board was fine and the edge was still ok. I did notice some tiny splinters on the surface after drying, but I gave the board a light cleaning before using the first time. Worked perfectly for my first charcuterie spread. (Purchased board pictured on the right hand side). Overall, would recommend to others.

Exactly what we needed!!
My husband needed a new cutting board because the one we had wasn’t big enough to cut steak on. It’s very durable and easy to use. My favorite part about it is the handles on the side to easily move it. My husband likes that it’s bamboo which is already quality in his eyes. It’s very easy to use but it is big so if you don’t have a place to store a large cutting board this might not be the right fit. A++++ product!!

Hey, its good product, i am using it daily, easy to use and clean it, as its made of steel, not harmful, we have completely shifted to this from the old cutting boards. i recommend this
