    Great 3 in 1 robot
This is my first robot that handles mopping as well. I purchased this as my shark finally bit the bullet after 5yrs.I don’t have pets but do have high pile carpet throughout 90% of my house. This was a learning curve on my part (no fault of eufy). What was learning was hit detailed the app and map is. How much more you can do with the cleaning types. Compared to the shark I had, this is worlds different. And better.Due to high pile carpet, I have setup different Commons so that when needing to use the mop feature, it’s only on the hard wood floors. The reason is even though it lifts the mop rolller, it still drags across the carpet and leaves wet spots.I have rugs and floor mats in the areas for mopping and the AI knows it’s there and doesn’t mop on it. Freaking cool as hell!I also love how the app tells me the life on all the parts, videos on how to replace when needed, along with daily usage. I have not used the hand held yet but it seems very straight forward. The dust bag seems to hold a lot. I’ve ran it quite a bit and still haven’t needed to replace it. I put the floor mopping solution directly into the part it’s meant for. Not within the water tank as I read when I do use the hand cleaner, I would have to drain it and lose product. When I clean the hardwood, the job is set for 2x, this way it goes up and down and side to side, which 100% has cleaned my floors for me.This has greatly cut back on my weekly cleanings in my house. Still do deep cleanings, but highly recommend for keeping down on your regular cleanings in your house.

    Love this Robot!
This robotic vacuum mop has been amazing!!!! I have hardwood, tile, rugs and carpet all on the same floor and it it mops and vacuums better than anything I have had. The app is also super easy to use. I have also sued the portable cleaner on the stairs and it did as well as expected.

    Great performing robovac
Upgraded from the Eufy L60 SES to the Eufy Omni E28 and what a difference. Does a great job at vacuuming and the roller mop cleans tile and hardwood floors well. While the base is louder when it comes to cleaning when a task is complete, the unit itself is much quieter during operation compared to the L60.

    Good
The sweeping is pretty good, the mopping is good too although it finds it hard to remove dry floor stains

Fantastic Robovac for a First Time Owner
Fantastic robot vacuum that has made my busy schedule a bit easier. I’ve appreciated the “set it and forget it” of the automatic detergent dispenser for the mopping function and love how well the vacuum has navigated obstacles in my home. It’s the first robovac I’ve purchased but I don’t think I’ll ever live without one again!

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I cannot fathom how they are selling this thing for $750 on prime day, let alone the $1400 full price tag. The whole point of is buying this thing was so it would keep our kitchen floors clean, however, this thing is unable to clean under the edge of our standard height cabinets. There is a pet mode and you can set the auto empty frequency to every 15 minutes which is what they recommend and the smallest intervals you can choose, however, the vacuum gets clogged every time and is unable to auto empty. We purchased a $75 robot vacuum earlier this year and so far it has performed considerably better than this AI equipped robot vacuum.I thought it would be thorough and not miss dirt and other stuff I was hoping it’d pick up, but unfortunately, a lot of the time the AI thinks it’s an object it needs to avoid. My toddler likes to make various messes every day including scattering dirt from our houseplants on the wood floors however this gets avoided every time. He dropped the yolk from a hardboiled egg on the ground the other day and it crumbled all over the place and when I sent the eufy to clean it, it ended up completely avoiding it. My son dropped some crackers that got crushed on the ground and it actually cleaned it but it sounded like it was struggling to handle it because you could hear it bouncing around internally for several minutes. The mapping ended up not being that great. For some reason it didn’t add interior walls between rooms and a lot of the times I’ll tell it to clean the pantry for example and half way through it’s making its way over to the bedroom right next to it.I’ve contacted support about 2 problems and so far they haven’t been any help at all. It seems like I’m just getting an automated response because they keep repeating the same thing but can’t get details I’ve repeated multiple times right.Honestly, I’d take my money back in a second for this thing and get a different brand because this has been a terrible mistake on my part. Please be careful spending your money.

It’s worth it. BUY IT !!!!
Just buy it. I cry of pure happiness because of how clean my floors are now. Some context: I have 2 dogs that shed a TON of short hair, teenagers and babies coming in and out of the house. & pure white porcelain floors. I have the shiny floors too – and we know how those can get streaky with mopping. Zero streaks. I use the AI option. I turn her on once everyone is settled into bed, and in the morning everything is cleaned!!! It is a little loud ONLY when self cleaning but for me that’s NO problem for the benefit of clean floors!!! It’s worth the price tag. It used to take me 2 hours of cleaning the floors myself and now i just switch her on and go to bed. It’s amazing!!!

While the robot itself is identical to their E25 model, the base with a portable deep cleaner is an excellent upgrade option that I absolutely appreciate. I never realized how much I actually wanted or needed a portable deep cleaner until I got one. (I was planning to tear out the carpet on my stairs and replace it with vinyl flooring, but after cleaning the carpet with this, I’ve decided to hold off on that project for a while since I no longer need to rent a cleaner at over $100.00 dollars a pop with the hand-held accessories.)After extensive research on various robot vacuum options and having owned a few models purchased outside the Vine program, I feel confident in my understanding of their strengths and weaknesses. All of the current robots available are not perfected yet, but they do well overall. And they continue to improve with firmware upgrades as voluntary user data is collected and more feedback provided. While I won’t dive into all the differences here, I’ll focus on my experience with this particular robot, referencing others to share personal insights. It’s worth noting that no single vacuum robot with mopping will perfectly meet everyone’s needs in all areas (like room thresholds or low furniture), so it’s crucial to do your research and find one that suits your specific requirements.First, I must say that compared to the three other robots I have used previously—Ecovacs T50 Pro (cleans well and fits under all my furniture but has some quirks), Lefant M3 Max (a good value but limited in advanced features), and Roomba 105 combo (does a good job for its class but requires frequent user intervention)—this one has noticeably better overall build quality. The handle on the spot cleaner is not the best, though, being plastic that is on the lighter side, but as long as you are not forceful with it, it should be okay. (I have carried it several times with a full canister of water and did not have any issues.) I did read another review where they indicate the handle broke easily, but I don’t see how that would be possible without twisting it in a way it is not meant to be twisted, personally.Setting up this robot vacuum was incredibly easy. Right at the top of the box, you’ll find a piece of cardboard with step-by-step instructions and a scan code to download the app. Installing the app was simple, much like others I’ve used before. After creating an account and logging in, the app guides you through connecting the robot to your home Wi-Fi (supports 2.4 GHz only for better range and fewer dead spots under beds or in corners). Like all the other robots, there’s a firmware update that takes about 10 minutes to complete, and there is an option to have those apply automatically ensuring future performance improvements. Once that’s done, you can start mapping, setting cleaning tasks, and creating schedules. I especially appreciate how the app lets you save cleaning tasks as scheduled jobs or reusable scenarios instead of needing to make those separately. This robot has really impressed me. It performed excellently in all my tests with cords and small objects in its path and during regular cleaning tasks. Like other robots I’ve used, it occasionally struggles with rugs that aren’t tacked down, but this one is the least likely to pull them up and has never gotten stuck like the others. Its solid build quality means I barely hear the wheels, except when going over transitions (no issues with the highest transition in my home, nearly 0.25 inches), and it’s one of the quietest vacuums while set at maximum suction power I’ve used to date. While it takes longer to vacuum my floors compared to doing it manually (quicker or the same for vacuum with mopping time, though), it finishes cleaning faster than my other robots did. I also love that it gets into tight spaces between furniture (just enough room for it to fit and turn) when there are no obstacles there while the AI obstacle avoidance is on, unlike others like Ecovacs, which would skip those tighter spots with its AI avoidance turned on. It even strategically reaches areas it can’t fully enter due to height or width clearance, using its side brushes to pull out dirt and dust. Although it doesn’t have an extending mop to reach right against wall edges like some others, it gets close enough for its class, and I prefer its mop design over others I have used. Most extending mops in this class tend to leak water, creating more mess around walls (as noted in many reviews). I’ve had no water leakage issues with this robot, and there are never any small water drops left behind. (With the Ecovacs T50 Pro, I constantly found water drops throughout my home after mopping.)The fully automated base does a fantastic job of providing weeks of hands-free cleaning. While it can be quite loud when emptying the robot’s bin, I’m genuinely impressed with how effectively it removes dust and grime from the bin and filter. For pet owners, as long as you adjust the auto-empty feature to run more frequently for pet hair, the bin should never clog. It might take a bit longer to finish jobs since it needs to return to the base more often, but starting the cleaning from the farthest point and working back toward the base, along with separating rooms to refine the process, should lead to great results. I think many will appreciate the free time this robot will add to their day once setup. Taking extra time to set things up in the app will definitely make the experience much better. (Help the robot help you.)While it’s not perfect—it doesn’t achieve edge-to-edge mopping—I’m overall very satisfied with its cleaning performance. The local AI obstacle avoidance is excellent compared to others I’ve used (some relied on online data and some didn’t perform as well). The side brushes usually get within an inch or two of objects like cables and clothing if there’s enough room to maneuver, though they don’t always get that close, especially where cables close to the walls are concerned. The vacuuming power is impressive, the mopping effectively removes stains, and the app coding is exceptional with a user-friendly design. Although my T50 fit under more furniture than this robot, I enjoy using this one much more due to its outstanding unattended performance (it always finishes cleaning even when it pulls up part of a rug in the process), which led me to buy higher couch legs and furniture risers. I’d definitely recommend this robot to others, but I strongly suggest researching your specific needs first (transition thresholds, furniture, etc.). Thanks to its spot cleaner unit, as long as it keeps performing well, it’s a solid 5 stars for me. (The robot itself is about a 4.5 for me.)These robots are built to handle most daily cleaning tasks and save time, but they aren’t perfect (they struggle with rugs, sometimes fail to identify obstacles correctly, and don’t always match the performance of manual cleaning). To achieve perfection, features like a 360 camera combined with 360 lidar for better navigation and obstacle avoidance at the back and sides which would also improve close-up mopping in reverse, and more extendable parts for complete floor coverage would need to be added. But keep in mind that more enhancements would significantly increase both the size and cost. Most models focus on lidar, a front-facing camera, and incorporate corner and edge-cleaning extenders. But even the $2500 models with most those bells and whistles (excluding 360 camera which does not exist yet) are not flawless. For its intended purpose, considering its compact size, this model delivers excellent performance at a fair price and is the only one at this time I can find that includes a spot cleaner. Some tips to get the most out of your robot vacuum with a mop:- If you have multiple pets, set the robot to empty its bin more frequently to prevent clogs. The app offers useful features for customizing room divisions, cleaning orders, and timing between bin emptying. (This model excels by using total run vacuum time instead of just per-job time.)- For heavily soiled floors, run the mop on full water a couple of times, then switch to medium or low for regular cleaning cycles. While streaking may occur initially, consistent use will eliminate streaks over time. (It mops exceptionally well—better and faster than others I’ve tried.)- Schedule weekly or monthly clean-ups to clear clutter. While the obstacle avoidance is impressive, it won’t perfectly navigate or mop right up to objects without a rear camera for precise reversing.- Set no-go zones around lightweight rugs with medium to high pile, as no robot vacuum I’ve tried can effectively clean smaller, lighter rugs with such textures.- Tack down lower pile area rugs to ensure all areas are vacuumed. (Though this one does pull up some of my rugs on occasion, it is the first one that has never gotten stuck when that happens.)- Enable logs to be uploaded so it can improve. While I cannot say for sure that this is what helped or if it just improves on its own over time, I have noticed improvements after enabling the event log uploads (do not include photos or location data). There is an option to upload photos which will likely result in even more improvements, but I personally prefer not to enable that. While it is still not perfectly get close to walls in corners with the mopping (does not back up to the wall after turning), the obstacle avoidance has certainly gotten better, where it has been getting closer to things without touching them.NOTE: For those who may have heard about leaking issues, as of the end of July 2025, the leaking issue with the original Eufy E28’s dirty water tank has been addressed by Eufy through this upgraded version with new components, including a new rubber seal. I also read that the company is now shipping these updated tanks with new orders, or providing them for free to existing customers experiencing problems with the older versions.

From setup to mapping to routine cleaning, there’s a lot of positives with Eufy’s Robot Vac E28.First, the brief breakdown: this is a transformer. It’s your standard robot vac+mop with cannister and water reservoir (meaning you don’t have to fill it manually all the time). It’s also a portable deep cleaner for carpets, with the upper half of the base station lifting off to allow for this. This detachable portion will spray water and do a deep cleanse, and is ideal for stains. It’s one of those things you might use now and then, while the robot portion you can schedule like any other vac of this kind. Here’s a better breakdown, from out of the packaging to live use.Setup:Out of the box, setup is fairly intuitive, which is great, because the setup instructions don’t really exist. The manual seems awfully thick but is mostly just warnings and disclaimers with no setup info. There’s a quick setup card which is almost entirely visual, plus a QR code. Probably my biggest complaint. Everything sort of fits together in an obvious way, outside of the tray in the inner base of the dock, which took a couple of attempts to get in place. There’s plenty of cord (which is important for the portable deep cleaner, since that’s not battery operated). There’s a spot on the back of the base to wrap that cord, though that does mean this sticks out from the wall a little.App setup is a breeze, and since I have another Eufy product it was just a matter of adding a device and choosing the model. As is standard, this needs 2.4GHZ wifi but had no issues detecting the correct band on my combo 2.4/5GHZ home network, which has a hidden SSID.Two firmware updates later, and it was good to go.Mapping:Really great mapping, one of the strong points of the Eufy line IMO. You can set up no-go zones before the unit is even done mapping, which is ideal. Keeps the robot from getting stuck anywhere on first run. I will say, the carpet detection didn’t quite get my area rug right, it basically detected half of it. There’s an option to modify this manually, but it timed out when saving. No sure why and not enough of a concern for me to care because it’s a very thin rug and I expect regular cleaning mode will be just fine (I previously had another robot vac that handled it fine without a special mode). You may need to re-run mapping if this happens to you.Usage:Ideally I use this as set-and-forget. Schedule it for twice a week and let it do its thing. The robot itself is pretty strong and has a couple of suction modes, plus mopping. You can easily set up No Mop zones in addition to No Go zones. Depending on the size of your home/floor you’re using this on, I’d expect 30-45 minutes to complete a run, which is all laid out on the Eufy app. It’s really hard to find fault in this. I do find the water reservoir sometimes doesn’t sit perfectly, but the unit will give an audible error message if it’s not in place correctly, so that’s no big deal. The price might raise an eyebrow or two, but honestly for the quality you get I really do suggest giving Eufy a shot.
