How to Connect My Smart Plug?
1. Download the Smart Life App and register for an account.
2. Power on the plug and ensure that the indicator is flashing.
3. The Smart Life App will automatically detect the plug.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the connection process.
What to Do When Connection Fails？
1. Unplug & hold 5s to reset.
2. Reconnect via AP mode (watch the video guide).
3. If not connecting, check for “SmartLife-xx” hotspot in AP-Mode. If not found, reach out to us for a new one. If the hotspot is found, check your router settings.
How do I use the plug to work with third-party voice assistants?
Connect the plug to the Smart Life App. Then, link your third-party service account (Alexa, Google Home, SmartThings) on the App. Alternatively, activate the “Smart Life” skill in the third-party voice assistant’s App.
What should I do if my plug is broken?

Best Smart Plugs I ever used!
This is my second box of these, they are the best for easy installation, smooth operation and longevity. I use Smart life and that is partnered with Alexa. It literally takes 1 minute to be hooked up and be fully functional. Just plug this product in an outlet and open Smart life, it hooks up automatically. Change the name to what you want and give Alexa a little bit and it will be in there also, best easy Smart plugs I have ever used. I needed more for Christmas lights around the house. Definitely would buy again and highly recommended.

Works great-quick connection
Just got my AT&T fiber and needed a smart plug that is compatible. I had the 2.4, but needed one with 2.4 & 5 internet since AT&T connects your device to the best signal which didn’t allow my old smart plugs to connect.Got these yesterday packaged in bubble envelope the same day I ordered them and plugged it in; you have to use the Smart Life app to connect it and it recognized or found the device almost instantly. I went on Amazon Alexa app and added it on, changed the name and it worked. It took me a few minutes to connect it. Plug is a bit bulky but I am willing to look past that because it was easy to connect and it works. Plug seems well made. Great buy.

They are great… mostly.
These are easy to setup and work great. But I had one stop working on the schedule I had set up. I rebooted it and now seems to work. Time will tell. I have two set like timers to turn on and off on a schedule and they work great. The others are on lights that are not easy to reach and like that I can turn off and on with ease with the app. The only downside is that they can’t be placed next to each other on the same outlet, they are too big for that. They should be made with flats, top and bottom, so they could be. Poor design. Other than that they are better than using timers.

Easy to connect to WIFI and Alexa automatically picked it up quickly. I bought these to replace a different brand that I couldn’t get connected to Alexa. These were a lot easier to connect. Would buy again.

Lighting schedule.
I bought these to turn lights on and off. Works as advertised. Works with 5Ghz flawlessly and scheduling on off for lighting using the SmartLife app is a breeze.
