Screw the Handheld Frothers, DREO is Amazing!
This is a little pricier than a handheld mixer but the frothing done is excellent. It’s easy to use. It has several different settings. It will even heat up your foam. You do have to clean the unit each time. The attachable frothing pieces are quality pieces and I am super please with their performance. If you want to add froth to your coffee, this is the device to use. It will froth enough to pour onto two coffees.

Awesome product
this is awesome. I have used one of those little whippers to whip up my coffee soy milk or to whip my match but this ups my game manyfold. I love the density of the foam and the way it mixes in the powdered matcha tea It is super eay to clean. I add a little water when i am finished using it with a drop of liquid dish soap and viola- it whips up its own cleaning.

Not Impressed
11/25 Update.After returning the original Dreo Milk Frother, customer service reached out to get feedback on why the item/purchase was returned via email. CS was actually interested in mg feedback and asked if I ordered or tried the ‘Upgraded Model Milk Frother’ (Stainless Steel one). I had not. CS sent me a frother to get my honest feedback to see if the updated model was improved from the original and the issues I experienced. This has never been my experience ever with any CS or company. I decided to update my review with honest feedback about the upgraded model (stainless not the black one). The upgraded model is worth the price. Some quick highlights: Pros- stainless steel, pour cup removes from top to pour, extensive labeling one and in cup and with directions to have easy access to make the perfect cup without dragging out manuals, froths a variety of milks and has a powdered mix option which I haven’t tired, but perfect for protein powder, etc. There are two wands types depending on preference and are magnetic which holds and easy switch out. The wands have a separate holder as well. I have tried frothing almond milk with white latte cappuccino and heavy foam all came out perfectly. Only cons is the cord is a bit bulky but since the top cup removes to pour it isn’t a big deal and the lid seal could be a bit thicker, but I have had no issues with overflow at all. That it itself is a 5 star. Hope this review helps. Look for the upgraded Dreo Milk Frother and invest in a great cup of coffee.Meh. I have Dreo fans that are outstanding, so I thought I’d invest in this because it’s expensive. They should stick to fans. It leaks and overflows constantly and the lid has hardly no seal. I returned it and got a white cheaper one on Amazon that is 10x better and half the price.

Defective/old model?
This one is way worse than the one I purchased from Target. I think it’s possibly not the upgraded model. I’m getting milk scorching on the bottom, and the milk is not combining. I have to use the cold stir method afterwards to actually get the froth to build. The latte art is just not working. It would be nice if I could reach out to the seller and get this resolved, or possibly get a different unit because this is my second one. I have another, and that one works perfectly. This one is just a nightmare.

Decent results with plant milk
Was hoping this unit would make decent microfoam with plant milk and it does.I used Oatley Barista Edition Oatmilk and the results while not like using a steam wand still was ok.I tried the Subliminal Nanofoamer Pro v1 and v2 and they both are too finicky to use and get consistent results although that did make great microfoam only it was hit or miss because of the design choices.BTW Iโve tried the big brother version of this unit the Dreo Baristamaker Milk Frother and I like this version for itโs smaller size and much cheaper price.

Made myself a single serving of whipped cream, never been happier
I’ve been using this frother for a couple of months now and it’s fantastic on all accounts. I usually use it for frothing milk or for making matcha, both of which it works great for, but today I tried making whipped cream with it. I put heavy whipping cream up to the foam line and ran the cold frother option three times and made a perfect serving of whipped cream. I love this little machine and it’s easy to take apart and clean.
