Terrific cleaner
This is a terrific floor cleaner. The steam cleans my timed floor so well and the finish is lovely, matte and flawless. It works very well also on our luxury vinyl plank flooring. It doesn’t leave anything too wet. It’s an effortless cleaner and I love that the pads are detachable and machine washable, which I have done and they came out great, as new. It’s also very lightweight and easy to maneuver.Highly recommended.

Effective and Easy Way To Clean Hard Floors
My new favorite way to clean tile and hardwood floors. It is easy to maneuver, has a headlight which is helpful when cleaning at night. It heats up quickly. The water tank is easy to fill, albeit a little small. The display is easy to read. The steam quality is strong enough to loosen up most dirt and grime stuck to the floors. Once cleaning is complete, I let it cool off and then toss the dirty scrubbing pad into the laundry.

Final review after 1 year of ownership:Absolute junk. This thing runs a premium price tag. Looks very nice. And upon first use you feel you got your moneys worth. You will quickly find out that it’s a pretty package for a very poorly thought out device. The mop head stores water. With no way to drain it… that water turns rust brown. And it drips all over the place when you cary the device back to storage. It also takes FOREVER to get hot. Like, I can clean my whole apartment in the time it takes to heat up. I tried to just turn it on and let it spin and wait for it to heat up. But that takes so long that you have a puddle of water on the floor because it keeps shooting out water while you wait. Very poorly thought out product. I maybe used the thing 12 times. I’ve had it for about 14 months now. The very first time using the mop was GREAT. But you quickly realize it’s complete junk.I also reached out to Bissel to see if they could help but no response. Check out the picture attached. Buy this if you want that water on your floor.First review.Alright I am conflicted with this steamer mop. It does clean the floors really well and leaves them nice and shiny. Easy to use as well. I really do enjoy cleaning with it. My problem with it is that for some reason the head of the mop seems to be storing water. When I shake the mop around you can hear water swishing around in there. Wouldn’t be an issue except this water leaks out of the mop near the spinners on the bottom. The water that comes out is a weird rusty orange brown color. After cleaning when I take the mop heads off it drips this brown water everywhere. When I put the mop back in storage I have to come through and wipe up a trail of that brown water with a paper towel. I tried to take the mop outside and shake the mop around to drain the water but it just kept coming. I sent an email to their customer support about this but have not heard back. Not sure if I am missing something here. If it weren’t for this issue I would give this 5 stars.

Effortless cleaning!
Absolutely LOVE this machine. My home has hardwood and tile floors. In the past, I have used Bona with a mop (which does a great job on dog drool, but leaves a bit of residue which seems to attract dirt). After mopping with Bona, I would wet mop and then dry the floor with a towel to prevent streaking. It was a workout.This new machine works beautifully! It’s a bit heavy, but when in use it seems to self propel and the job is effortless. It is also VERY quiet. Remember to use distilled water only and no other cleaners in the tank. Take care to not use too much steam on the hardwood floors. I highly recommend the Bissell Spinwave Smartsteam!!

I purchased 2 lemons of a different brand last year. I wasted time, money, patience…and decided not to buy any more of these. The only reason I changed my mind was because of the reviews on this specific brand/cleaner…& being desperate.It came in a smaller box so I was worried if that’s why this product was on sale. Lol. The size is actually perfect for anyone. It’s not tiny, so don’t let the box fool you. The look, quality, and cord length met my expectations. The steam output adjust to whatever kind of floor you may have. The temperature sets itself (depending on if you have tile, hardwood, etc.) It’s durable and was simple to put together. It cleans and sanitizes extremely well which is what I was looking for since it’s the start of lets spread more germs season. It cleaned up a lot of tough spots my other non steaming cleaner was not. The mop pads need changing if you realize it’s not working as well on your floor or if you realize it’s leaving “grits” of dirt. Wait a few moments before popping them out because they can be hot. (They are easy to remove) It collects/cleans fast. Since it rotates at the bottom & not in any specific shape, it doesn’t get into direct L corners but truly close enough. After I was finished, I wash the mop pads in the washer on hot water and added a drop of bleach the first time and then I dried them on low in the dryer. Came out brand new and ready to use again. You’ll receive 4 with this purchase so that’ll give you time to order more if needed. So glad I made this purchase and while it was on sale:-)

My wife is obsessed
My wife is going crazy using this all day. It is extremely easy to use, basically glides on its own. If you vacuum first it leaves the floors incredibly clean so quickly! Very tough caked on messes may require a little elbow grease first but for everything else this is incredibly efficient. Tile floors warm up from the heat of the steam and yet the low steam level is gentle enough for our hardwood floors. It also does not leave the floor super wet so it dries quickly withour damaging hardwood floors. The house has never been so clean in such a short time.

Highly effective and maneuverable! My house feels clean and fresh. No toxins or fragrances to poison my pets. Even my Husband loves it and is happily using this lightweight, powerful steam mop. Uses small amount of water to clean the whole floor. Will be buying another Bissell!
