This is the first automatic feeder I ever owned and I love it! I’ve always free fed my cats and they’ve always regulated themselves, however my neighbor passed away several years ago and I acquired his calico and she is is obsessed with food so we had to start feeding them measured amounts 3x a day. We often take weekend camping trips and when we do we leave the cats home and put out a big bowl of food that will last them several days and Cali gorges herself. I wasn’t sure if a dual automatic feeder would work because my other cat, Lovey, eats slowly and I was afraid Cali would gobble both bowls. This feeder ended up being exactly what I needed. Cali does not try to eat from Lovey’s bowl. I believe the design, with the bowls placed on opposite sides, helps a lot with that. Both cats are seniors and I was afraid they were so used to the same feeding routine it would take awhile for them to adjust to the feeder but it only took three feedings before they’d run to it when it dispensed the food! Early morning feedings are so nice because I can sleep in when I’m able to. The unit is very well made, easy to set up works perfectly and sturdy. The cats haven’t even attempted to knock it over. I have not went out of town since purchasing it, but this will be so much better for Cali’s health. I already have pet cams for when I’m away, but the feeder cameras are just another plus for keeping an eye on them. The capacity is fantastic! They get three feedings a day and have been using ithe feeder for 2 weeks and it’s not quite gone down a quarter, so no worries about them running out of food over an extended weekend while I’m out of town. I am so happy with this purchase. Thank you for making such an excellent product.

Actually fantastic
This automatic feeder is great. Super easy to set up and has several features that keep your feeding schedule from failing. The feeding schedule is super customizable and sends a notification every time it runs, which helps with peace of mind if you’re away from home. It does have a super annoying beep when it runs and whenever the wifi goes down, but if you can tune a sound out after a while it’s not a big deal.

Decent pet feeder, and easy to set up
This is my 2nd automatic feeder to try and I like it, the cats like it, it’s working “well enough” (still testing all that out), so we’re keeping it. The other one I sent back due to configuring issues but the configuring on this one works through the app on my phone so it is a little more dependable.It’s very easy to put together and load the food, then close and lock the top. The app is a little more ‘work’ to get it configured to feed, but very intuitive so it only took a few minutes to get it all up and running. Since my cats were always fed separately because one of them is a thief, I had to move them closer together with their food bowls, switching from their former containers to the bowls that came with the feeder. Once they got the hang of that, I would feed them manually for a couple of days so eating at the feeder wouldn’t traumatize them. Hey, they’re cats.The only issue I’ve run into is that it’s missed about 3 feedings in the 2 weeks I’ve had it programmed. On those occasions, when it’s time to feed the feeder makes a sound but no food comes out so I have to either hit the manual button on the feeder or within the app and it’ll release the food.Since that happened early on but hasn’t since, I’m guessing it just had to settle into a regular function of releasing the food every time and/or it requires that there is more than enough food in the container to weigh down the food so that it is released.If it continues to work each and every time it’s scheduled to release the food, I’ll update my review with another star.Otherwise, the portions are perfect for my cats, the food capacity of the container is excellent and can feed them quite a long time without reloading, and everyone seems pretty happy with the feeder now.

Easy to set up
So much better than my old feeder. If it gets unplugged, it doesn’t need to be reset! And I love the app. The slow feeding doesn’t work as well as I would have liked, but my two cats love it!

Great customer service and love the product
I love this product and the customer support team is amazing! I bought this product knowing I wanted an automatic feeder, but was dealing with ants and didn’t want them to ruin it so didn’t even open the box for 3 months. When I food there was an issue with the plug in port and despite it being months later they still replaced the item which was awesome of them! Once I had the working one it is super easy to use and works amazing for my 3 cats. The tank is big enough to hold a bunch of food storage. Definitely worth the money to make my life a bit easier

First of all, it ALWAYS JAMS! I bought the smallest kibbles possible, well under their proclaimed maximum size, and it STILL jammed at LEAST once a day! Oh and it doesn’t tell you when it’s jammed, it still says that it successfully fed your cats. So unless you watch every meal closely, you’ll never be sure if your cats are fed, which kind of beats the purpose of having an automatic feeder…Second, if your walls have a baseboard, the wall mounting system doesn’t work because the wall has to be completely flat for the feeder to attach on. And without the wall mounting… Well, the cats WILL knock the feeder over or move it around, making a lot of noise.Third, the bowls were not secure at all! My cats took 30 seconds to figure out how to detach them from the feeder, it’s so annoying.Fourth, it’s a pain to assemble. You have to twist the big compartiment onto the mechanism in a very precise way. Otherwise, too bad for you.Finally, it BEEPS loudly at EVERY meal, and you CANNOT disable it.I had to return this piece of crap and buy a better feeder. If I could give 0 stars I would. What a waste of time and money.

Produit reçu dans les temps. Emballage impeccable. Fonctionne très bien. Un sel bémol. J’ai acheté des batteries D en même temps, car où je dois mettre la machine, il n’y a pas de prise de courant. Si on la laisse seulement sur les batteries, impossible de programmer des repas ou de voir les notifications. Pourtant, le réseau wifi se rend très bien à cet endroit. Alors quand j’ai à modifier les heures ou les portions (j’ai dû faire des tests pour donner la bonne quantité), je la déplace et la branche pour faire ces changements. Sinon, ça fait exactement ce que je voulais que ça fasse 😊

Does not last. Will begin to beep and not release food. Great for the first few months til the warranty runs out. A month later and it started to fail. After searching others encounter the same. Too good to be true at the price. Very disappointed 😞
