Great for 3 nights, then I couldn’t start it again; but GREAT customer service!
Update #3: This diffuser has persnickety control buttons. I thought the 1st one failed because I couldn’t get it to restart after three nights of working just fine. I wrote to seller, and they sent me a free replacement. Now that I’ve learned how to operate these unusual controls, I decided to test the “old broken” one again. To my surprise, tonight it works fine! So maybe the 1st one wasn’t broken… might have been a case of complex controls and user unfamiliarity! Or… will it work for a few nights and then fail again? I’ll update with news.Update #2: Seller sent a new diffuser, and it works fine. Great customer service!Update #1: Seller has agreed to “send a new kit.” I’ll update again if we receive it and it works more than three nights!We were excited to try our very first essential oils diffuser at night in our bedroom. Lovely style, subtle pleasant light, nice! Three nights it worked. Then I replenished water/oil again as usual and tried to start it last night. Nada! It would not turn on! I’ve checked and rechecked. Unplugged and replugged. Nada!I sent an email to the manufacturer today, and a message to the seller. I’m hopeful someone will respond and repair/replace it!

Stopped Working
Stopped working after 1.5 years and I really loved it when it did work. I guess you get what you pay for. It would be nice if they’d send me a new one but I threw it out once I moved to my new home. It was so cute but no longer useful.

Stops working after few months
It stopped working after a few months and I was very careful with it. Can’t believe I paid $45, waste of money! I wouldn’t recommend this one. There’s a lot of other brands now that make these diffusers, for a lot less!

Very happy with this diffuser
This diffuser just works, and I’m glad to have spent less than half as much on it as the leading competitor’s product. The 250ml version disburses enough scent (I use 3 drops of essential oil) to fill our entire living room and kitchen. The scent doesn’t so much move into hallways or rooms with doorways, so don’t expect one diffuser to cover one’s entire home.On ‘Auto’ mode, it seems to run for around 8 hours – at which point the water level is depleted and the unit turns itself off automatically. It makes very little noise, though it isn’t completely silent. You can hear a slight bubbling noise and the very low whirr of its fan – but it isn’t distracting at all. The subtle bubbling is actually soothing.The instructions are poorly translated. One key thing is to make sure to insert the vertical baffle into the reservoir tank. The baffle comes detached and looks like a short, angled spoon. If you don’t insert it, you risk allowing liquid to splash into the air flow conduit, which can damage the electronics in the unit. The baffle gets inserted into a small rectangular fitting at the bottom of the reservoir, with the ‘spoon’ portion of it facing downward toward the ultrasonic plate.Great quality construction and it looks very nice on display. I will purchase the smaller version for our bedroom.

2 years later review
Bought it back in 2022 and it worked really well while it lasted, always keeping my house smelling fresh and it looked really great too. When it broke back in 2024 I decided to try a different brand but that one only lasted for about 7-9 months so now I’m coming back here to buy this one again so I can have it for another 2 years

Compared to Vitruvi
First of all, I had my first vivtest for over a year before I had to get a replacement. I decided to get the Vitruvi since this one only lasted over a year: when the Vitruvi came in: Blah, way smaller, itty bitty, did NOT produce the scent this Vivitest provided and after about a month, it began to give me problems, so I was totally bummed about the quality, seemed like they spent a bigger portion of their budget on amazing packaging versus the quality of the item. So, returned that and now I have the Vivitest, and I will just replace it again when it goes to s#$%: keep my protection plan and hopefully they will make better stuff
