It looks so neat and clean with it
What a game changer I love how perfectly organize this retractable hose reel is. You can make a nice and secure on the ground and as soon as you pull it, it pulls everything in. It’s nice and strong durable looks great as before the hose was all over the place now it’s like a nice and organized. Love it.

Retractible Hose that is functional and discreet
We bought another retractable hose (different manufacturer) for our back yard which was a major upgrade from the box style container with a crank that constantly twisted the hose. It was a perpetual struggle which is not a good thing at my age. That hose attached to the the exterior of the house which is fine for the back yard but would look incongruous in the front of the house. This product fit our needs exactly. Although it can be free-standing, we saw the posted video of affixing it to a 16×16 concrete slab so we didn’t damage the concrete porch or stake it in our flower bed. It has a full 360° turn radius, a perfectly working retractable hose (I like that the nozzle has multiple settings that stay on without squeezing) with an integral side storage for the nozzle head. Highly satisfied.

Nice and Neat
Easy to mount, retracts and uncoils smoothly, swivels nicely and it just looks so much better then a hose that is draped of a hook. I do wish I had gotten 5/8 inch hose but other than that a very good product.

Get rid of that unsightly old water hose and its hanging devise.
What a great way to hid the unsightly water hose. We poured a small concrete pad to mount this retractable water hose case just outside our garage door. It was so easy to mount the case to the new pad and it looked so professionally installed. The case pivots from side to side in the direction you need when pulling out the water hose. It was a great value and added class without having a water hose exposed by wrapping around a device. The size is as stated and we love the thumb operated spray handle. Did I mention that there is a holder for the spray handle on the side of the case? Well there is, and it is very convenient and looks neat. I highly recommend to everyone who hates the unsightly mess of a bare water hose lying around or wrapped around those devices to purchase this must have. Your wife will love it.

Great solution
We were tired of coiling up the hose every time we used it. In particular, our water spigot is located near plants and bushes. This made coiling the hose quite a chore. This Giraffe automatic reel makes it so much easier. I also like the ability to stake it to the ground rather than having to mount it on a wall.Some may complain about the 1/2 inch hose rather than 5/8 inch but think about it. The water pipes in most houses are 1/2 inch. It’s not a drawback at all. It also makes extracting and retracting the hose easier.

Easy to install and use! Works like a dream.
It works perfectly! The base can swivel which makes it eady to pull the hose out while I’m walking out to the garden. A light pull retracks hose back into its holder. It’s a small footprint near the garden and looks good. The box holders are too big for the space I have. I have a garden that over 50 feet from the spigot. I bought this hose reel so I don’t have to manually reel up a long cumbersome hose.

I was looking for a deck mount swivel auto retractable hose reel and this one fits the bill. Works as well as the much more expensive ones. The hose is thinner so less water pressure but that’s not a problem. Extension and retraction works great though retraction spring is quite strong and it retracts much faster than my expensive Gardena wall mount. I use my hand to slow it down.
